One of the few places that offers options for flower by the ounce. They have pop up deals from time to time as well as nice variety.Service is friendly, and you can spend less time waiting in line compared to other nearby dispensaries. At reefside I experience reverse sticker shock: always surprised when I pay less than I anticipated. I guess you could say it is the Fry's of cannabis?

Yo, during times like these real customer service is amazingly rare. Iris the attendant was so helpful and polite! Walked out to my car to make sure I was all set. She could tell wearing a mask is hard for me and was very respectful and had me helped and out the door ASAP. So grateful will absolutely only shop here when in Santa Cruz. Kind People, Canna Cruz, and CHAI all kicked me out with sour nasty attitudes for having no mask due to asthma. Reefside is top shelf #1 Fam-approved.

So ordered online due to the pandemic, got there and was getting ready to pay for product. Was told one price but when they brought me my change the bill was 10 dollars higher.This is dishonest and shady as hell.Avoid!!!!@ all cost.

Great products especially when it’s the stash dash deal . They have great products . I especially like raw garden and Jetty extracts !The people are very knowledgeable and very nice as well . It’s seems like a good group of people there

I really have a great experience every time I visit Reefside. As a matter of fact I really miss going to your spot by Harvey West Park, you guys were really good to work with. My son got so many good tips on raising his garden, from starts to electrical, irrigation pest and fungus control. He really had a beautiful garden! From that he got a job at Paradise Landscape were he has been for 2 yrs. He would be a good addition to your crew.We thank you,Kim

They try really hard to get you what you want -although I'm not personally a fan of turning around to find someone silently standing behind me. Was slightly amazed by the $2.50 charge to use debit on top of the $2.50 my bank charged...and then they needed to round it up to the nearest $5 and give me change???? And they don't take credit. They also don't honor the sales they advertise online. Mostly positive vibes and staff. Decent products. Love all the security guards. Dog friendly 😄

I was a huuuuge fan of the old shop, off Soquel, near Dominican Hospital. The peeps were amazing to work with and the sales, OMFG, everyday something amazing. Cheapy bags, super grade A nugs, carts galore, SOOOOO MUCH HERB. This is not the same place. It has the name. Other than that, totally different. Different staff, different product, where's the dude with all the buttons on his jacket? The new spot is very nice, the budtenders are helpful and deal-oriented at the new place, but I waited well over a year for the reopening and was kinda bummed it was on Ocean. I really loathe going into SC proper. I think it was a $$$business choice to re-open on Ocean, in that tiny spot, for tourists and the occasional deal-seeker. I am that deal-seeker, and I will be a good patron of your tiny Reefside location, as long as the deals flow. Weed is WAAAAAY TOOOO expensive and I won't be tricked into paying full-price by flashy packaging.... "She works hard for the money, so you better treat her right..."

Everyone was very helpful in helping find what I want in best quality and price! Friendly and kind, I found the girls extremely attractive and one I would love to date , but too scared to ask! ( love those tongue piercings!) I have been a WAMM member for years now and when I run out of compassion, this is where I choose to go!!! If you have any sales or special events, please let me know I am also a very credible volunteer/helper!!! So please stay in touch! Also I am a IHSS worker/ caregiver and can use more clients!!! THE SALES THAT THEY HAVE ARE EXCELLENT!! ALSO THE REWARD POINTS HELP OUT TREMENDOUSLY WITH THE FINAL COST!! I think that your store is really really great! your staff is extremely knowledgeable regarding every individual product that you sell. They’re very knowledgeable in what the ”specific strains” may or may not do for you medicinally as well as the strain-specific genetics; one must also factor in the type or route of administration/ ingestion that any individual person may take; for example edibles versus of a vape-cart or pre-rolls or crumble or wax.. I mean there’s a myriad of ways and they are extremely knowledgeable in just about every different product. they’re friendly helpful and they always do their best to help the customers understand ”the killer loyalty points program” that you guys have for us; the customers and when we accrue enough they tell us would you like to take your $5.00 discount? (Or whatever the figure happens to be at the time) which is extremely helpful when you are budgeting and with the insane taxes that the state of California has begun to impose this excise tax is absolutely absurd in my opinion.. I used to go to KindPeoples exclusively I will no longer go to them when I will come to your store Reefside exclusively from this point forward and I also have recommended your business to many of my friends as well..

The best dispensary yet. They have the best deals by far I love them and have since stopped going to any other place but her ex for all my cannabis need ccx and wants I love this place. I really feel like they are really geared more towards your everyday person they care about getting you the best deal and the more bang for your buck I won't go anywhere else anymore they have my 100% loyalty for good thank you reside to keep up the great work
