I drove from the Yuma area to Phoenix to visit Nature's Medicines. The one dispensary in Yuma is pricey so after much research we found that it was cheaper to make the drive to Phoenix and not only was Nature's Medicines the most competitive pricing, they had some of if not the most impressive reviews of all dispensaries in the Phoenix area. Selection was pretty great and the budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I could remember the names of my budtenders to give them credit, I will be sure to keep my receipt next time! The woman who helped me on my first visit was literally amazing, she was so patient and seemed to be genuinely concerned about what my ailments were and how to best help me relieve them. It was like hanging out with a friend who knows a ton about weed. We have looked at other dispensaries in both Tucson and Phoenix but none compare so we will continue to come back (we may try the new location though 😉). Thanks Nature's Medicines for being so great!

They have the absolute best prices. I always great service when I went there. The lines were long, but the over head and the fans with misters are perfect. And completely worth the wait!!! Love this place you have to go!!!!! Great prices! Great people! Good vibes! Excellent medicine!! #LABROWNHAT

Called and inquired about their online menu that shows several flower statins testing well above 20% for a great price. I was so excited , i put dinner on hold , got my stuff together and races over with a list of 5-6 different strains off of there menu, keep in mind after calling and being told that “yup it’s accurate”! I drove 30 min just to be utterly disappointed of the list of 6 strains not a single one was even close to what they have listed online with testing . For example one statin was showing testing at 28% THC and when she showed me the actual jar the batch was UGLY and testing at like 13-17%.. i literally told the bud tender “ no disrespect but I’m good” and walked out. She looked so embarrassed and literally said “this happens all the time”! Shady and misleading. Stay away!

Finally....West side needs good bud at a good price. This is the Only place that sets the price, depending on what part of the plant.... everyone else is posting THc content from the most potent part of the plant. Anyway, these guys are great. Some people don't understand where, in line, that they are. I think people get nervous, unless an employee is holding their hand. Laffn but true.Go see this awesome place...new approach on the industry. I'm going there now. Need frosty nugs.. cured properly, ready to smoke.Ogeed.

I decided to give this shop another chance. I live right around the corner. Last time I was there they tried a bait and switch on me and had i not pulled the packages of flower out of the bag to verify strains I’d have not known until I got home, and they don’t do refunds, even when they mess up.And Ignore their high reviews. They give people joints for them. When I went today nobody was wearing a mask, not even the employees, and no distancing going on in there. Customers are sitting side by side in the waiting room. Employees sitting side by side at front desk. Their weed isn’t nearly good enough for one to even consider risking their life. Lots of shops are being careful, but not this one.

The main reason I go 2 Natures Med. is 4 their Live Resin. The price is great & the quality of it is very, very good. I checked the.menu, it showed some in stock. I go on the Grand Opening day, & no Live Resin! And it's still on the menu. The freebies were great, the 1/2 oz was great but no Live Resin sucked! I guess I will keep going 2 the McDowell store instead

Ordered 14 grams of their bulk distillate 5 days ago and was told that it would be ready today but when I went to pick it up they said they didn't even have a order from me and they would be out of distillate till the end of July. Then they expected me to remember who took my order. Didn't even offer a solution just a sorry for the confusion. They are not dependable for some things but all in all still a good dispensary for what they offer.

Nature's Medicines Dispensary is the best dispensary in Phoenix. Elite Budtenderz like Meara W that, always know what half ounce of Ex Trophy Wife, take the time to answer any questions you may have. He is very knowledgeable about the products they carry and even took the time to make sure I had sufficient information to make a informed purchase. Good customer service, good medication, and good location. Please use clear containers for the half of onces being that you can't open them for the patients anymore.

Well organized, polite & professional. Who am I kidding, they were all of that, but they were having fun and the mood was contagious.The long line looks bad, but it moves fast. The tenders were hustling the night I went, and happy. Great overall experience. I'll be back soon.

This is one of the best dispensaries I have been to in the Phoenix area out of the 10 places I have tried. Everyone is very welcoming and accommodating. The budtender I worked with was training, but her trainer was attentive and assisted with answering some of my more in depth questions. Everyone I have worked with are very knowledgeable about their products and specials. When you order off the shelf, they trim off the big stems to ensure you get your money's worth, which I LOVE! In addition to my great, informative, and welcoming experience, I was offered a coupon for a free bbq sandwich, which just sealed the deal that this will be my number 1 dispensary.
