Was a first timer just. Told them that in the "extra" info section for the reserve form. They called me back to let me know to call for any questions. My GPS got me to Berdnick, and not knowing exactly where the place was and my tendency to get ridiculously lost, like "out of state" lost... from that. I parked, and called.They got me there; its about a third mile away if you park on Berdnick, and now I know that...See you next week, this is easily worth my money compared to what I was getting. A+ service A+ product! Worth the 25 min drive for sure!

Got my order messed up, but the staff at Nature's Care were incredibly helpful in assisting me, which really left a good impression. There is a closer dispensery near me, but I choose Nature's Care for the great product and friendly staff.

I made an order I received a text stating they would let me know when it was ready and I never heard another response I’ve called twice left two voicemails as well as contacted the email that they left for support she emailed me back and told me to contact them directly or sign in to see my reservation status I signed in and there is no reservation even tho so received a text stating I did but I can’t get anywhere when nobody is responding to me so I don’t have any other choice but to move on to another dispensary. I’m not sure if I didn’t complete the sign-up process correctly but there is 0 help and nothing I can do when nobody is responding. I’ve been patient enough.

Awesome store, wonderful selection, HOWEVER;This dispensary has no parking in the area which is unfortunate but what makes it even worse is the fact that there is a RUTHLESS tow company that will bend you over if you park anywhere near the dispensary. I was parked their for 5 minutes, and while disputing an order that couldn’t be placed due to their computer system, I had to turn away to go home (it was 5:45pm even though the store closes @7pm and there was almost no traffic inside...WEIRD) so I return to my car, but funny thing is, it’s not there. Long story short, there are people working with a towing company and they have spotters all around that spot. You WILL get towed. And the tow company has 0 answers for places to park. Guess who also has 0 answers for recreational use parking, NATURES CARE!! These people need to fix this problem as I not only couldn’t grab product, when I had ordered 2 hours in advance, but also an annoying worthless persistent tow company that is, in my opinion, entrapping weed smokers. Worthless store, i don’t even care you can get product here for $20-$30 cheaper, I’d rather pay more and not get towed or deal with that garbage. This place sucks, go to RISE Mundelein.BTW the tow company is NORTHWEST RECOVERY and theyre also garbage and they won’t work with you to help you or any future people at all.

Been buying here since rec became available, they're right down the street from me. If you're recreational, you can't park in their lot, just park by the train tracks on Northwest highway. Even with the virus, online ordering is very simple and the menu has a nice selection. Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Tax is also included in the prices which is so awesome 🤟Their carts are a little expensive, but they are worth every penny let me tell you. Very very potent! My roommate's a heavy toker and he doesnt like oil and hates carts but he liked this one. A lot. Carts get a bad rep for the street ones with bs in them. These are beyond amazing they are so relaxing and tasty. I love their carts. Especially the Cresco live resin ones. You can't go wrong at all. Thank you Nature's Care!! ❤️

First time medical patient and chose Nature’s Care as my dispo. Was impressed with selection and staff was amazing and so friendly. My only knock on them and reason for 3 stars is that there was no marking anywhere for curbside pickup and the sign out front just said medical patients come on in. I being new was totally confused. Thankfully one of the recreational people at the front of the line said that since I’m medical I can go in front of them. Thanks random stranger for the kindness. It would be nice if there was a separate line up so medical can go in and be identified as such. It’s a small area so not sure how that would work but any additional help would be appreciated. My only concern going back is what if there isn’t a friendly person at the front of the line again? Do I just tell them I’m medical sorry and hope they don’t start getting angry? Since you have to be buzzed in a medical person can’t just “come right in”. Thanks for listening to my concern. Keep up the great work.

I like this place. I love the interior and the staff are nice. However, every time I went I found myself feeling insecure about leaving my car in unsecured places. I went in April as my last time and I got towed by Northwest towing. I had to walk approximately a mile to get my car and pay $218.00. At this point I was livid. It was an expensive day for me. I have been feeling insecure about going back. I might go back and maybe not. Schaumburg is opening Sunnyside. If they have better parking I may feel more secure there.

The quality of most leaf products are good but I'm not satisfied with the fact that it takes a lot of effort for me to get out my house to come and get my medication due to my disabilities. Struggle with pain through and hour long drive just get there and half the order is missing this has happen to me the last four times ive come to the dispenserary . My PTSD has become more symptomatic night terror has returned due to not being able to properly medicate.

I really like this place as a rec user. The staff and security guards are very nice people. The staff is super helpful with any questions I have had. I have been here over a dozen times, and I dont quite understand the negative reviews I read. This place has pre-order feature, prices include tax, and even with tax included they pricing is cheaper than other dispensaries for the exact same product. Everything has been a much more pleasant experience going through nature care than other dispensaries I have been to in illinois. Personally, I dont see any reason why I would ever not come here for my rec needs. Thank you Nature Care for all of your help!

Ordered on line and they gave me a pick up time. Went to pick up and there was a line out the door. A big line. I told them that i have a set time, and they told me i still have to wait. Not to mention I had to park far and walk while my wife waited in the car. I just left. You don't think I can get my dope elsewhere for even cheaper? When I went to a dispensary in Vegas and I got VIP treatment. I was expecting the same treatment here but that was not the case.
