Love the people who work there my favorite is the pink/purple haired clerk she always makes you feel welcome and comfortable and she knows her stuff theres another gentleman who works there that I really thought was great to but I don't know their names or I would put them on good blast for doing a great job but the store has a good selection of everything and great happy hour deals

I hate leaving reviews, that being said this an outstanding dispensary that provides an exceptional service to the community. I have consistently come to nature's as it remains unmatched in selection price and service compared with anywhere else in the state. It seems they have the customers needs in mind truly with every transaction. And the strain the dude at the door told me to get was good enough to write a review. I could say alot more but I'm going to get high instead.(Also they have been very helpful in the past with a cartridge that was malfunctioning and were very nice about it)

Where to begin. I’ve only been partaking of cannabis for a short time now (since my 21st). Since being new and having zero knowledge within the cannabis community the staff was so kind and patient with proving well detailed responses to my endless dumbfounded questions. The shop is super clean (and since Covid-19) and has remained in top notch neat order every time I swing by.The prices are by far more affordable than many cannabis retailers I’ve been to. I’ve even held onto my money and plainly avoided other available retailers in order to go to Nature’s Gifts because they are that GOOD!FYI, one of the guys I see work there is super nice and always has cool hair! Kinda cute too ☺️ I highly recommend checking these guys out if you are in town and in need of some stellar bud. 100/10

Walking into the store was never greeted was left to adventure the store myself. Not glass knowledged or even helpful as is. Not one worker walked me through the store nor had the expierence in customer service to work with me till the end of my purchase. If i could give less than a star i would very unintelligent shop better off driving to seattle

The employees working at Nature's gifts are knowledgeable and very helpful I appreciate their efforts at trying to find me the materials I'm looking for. Got a wax cartridge from here my pen battery wouldn’t register it had another coworker trade on a completely different battery it wouldn’t work on that one either so I tried to bring it in and they ran a little test on it and said it worked perfectly fine and that they couldn’t take it back when I know it didn’t work and I know karma has a much better return policy and we take that back no problem, half of the staff there is really great and knowledgeable and friendly but the round of new hires that they brought in in the last six months I have done nothing but give me the wrong items have been rude, and just plain don’t know what they’re doing.

Best weed shop on the peninsula! Average price is lower than other local shops, and they don't "drop" suppliers at the drop of a hat. I've been frustrated with other local shops, because once I find a product I like, they seem to drop them quickly. At nature's gifts, I know they'll have what I got from them the last time. I hate change

deceptive packaging/unhelpful staff-after trying a product with 10mg and having no affect on me, even at double dosage; I researched Nature's Gift website - found a product that says ( Potency; mg )CBD: 45 /THC: 75 TTL: 120 -- mentioned to the staff that I wanted something stronger than 20mg and mentioned that product. Sadly; although the potency I listed is clearly marked, elsewhere it states TOTAL is 120mg for the entire package -- meaning less than 8mg per item..NOT what I told the clerk I was searching for.. and the pictures on the website can not be viewed in close detail.. otherwise I would have asked for something else. the one bright spot was the greeter - she was nice.

Several of the people that work there are very rude. Not only have they been rude and condescending to me but I've seen them treat several elderly clients as if they were an annoyance for asking questions. I gave them dozens of chances to remedy this and today was the last straw. I will never go in there again. It is unnecessary and a horrible business decision to behave like a self righteous jerk when working in customer service.

Uggh... Worst cannabis store in the area. I went in, displayed my I.D., and held up a fully sealed, TIN of joints with the store hanger on. I did a bad by bringing it in, unawares and likely oblivious to the ramifications of my heinous actions. Now what I did CERTAINLY is on me and full responsibility is accepted. What ground my gears was the "budtender" (pleasant enough at first) proceeded to give me a full lecture on the (il)legalities of what I had done. Ok, customer service one could argue. No, it was demeaning. At least I got one law school course out of the way and their prices are reasonable enough, just DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! IT WILL HAUNT ME UNTIL I CROAK...
