Decided to call for information, the lady who answered was short and abrasive. She cut me off instantly before I finished my question with an answer to something. I wasn't sure what. She had an affirmative almost threatening voice, rather than a warm inviting or welcoming voice. She made it clear she did not want to hear my question so I didn't ask. With so many options within this field there is no way I would want to pay feel that level of anxiety or hostility. Just an FYI for anyone who needs info. Don't expect a friendly call.
