A friend of mine went into the Med side to get some cartridges. None of the daily deals applied to med side so it was more expensive than would have been on the rec side. The sticker that gets put on the product by Nature’s said 1g. The actual label on the box said 500mg. When she called to tell them about the mix up all they told her was that all sales are final and that she was basically screwed. I’ve been a loyal Nature’s customer for a couple years now but because of this I will NEVER go back.

Staff seems friendly don’t get me wrong but they don’t know their products as well as they should. I usually shop at LivWell because they have better prices. Anyways, I decided to try natures herb out and I even called them prior to arriving asking them if they had a specific item in stock. Budtender said they did. I show up, they don’t have that item in stock that I asked about. So, budtender tries to sell me on another product and I specifically asked her/him about the design of the cartridge. Long story short, they sold me a faulty/wrong product and that’s the exact reason why craft redesigned their product. I can’t return it. Manager was too busy to talk to me about it ha. Second time coming to this dispensary and now I know why. I probably won’t be back just because of the inconvenience they’ve caused me. Whatever.

Great employees! But the parking lot for the med side is poorly lighted and is really bad if you're in a wheelchair because of the poor lighting and pot holes. One other issue for disabled customers, the med entrance has a narrow ramp and there's no ADA button for the door which can be difficult to open due to the ramp incline and the general poor condition of the door. I think the product is good, they just need to step up their game when it comes to being a welcoming place for wheelchair users.

I have found that as helpful as few are here, there are more bud tenders that are rude and combative..Yet another price increase...I got my monthly supply with my under than $1800 budget only to see I was charged $50 more than last month...that cuts into my food budget...when I asked why, I was only told "well that's what the owner wants" with a brief rundown of their supply and demand woes..!!! I say PROJECT AHEADlike a REAL business would..I am SUPER unhappy with them .

I noticed some of ex Smokeys 420 employees work here with the same bad habits tryin to sell you stale old discounted product, instead of trying to show you what's good and new. Don't bother calling to see what's in stock they will lie to you and make you waste a trip. I don't mess with Natures flower or concentrates i learned my lesson so has my lungs. Save your money and go to Denver or Boulder its worth the trip in the long run.

I am a repeat customer because the staff always makes me feel welcome. The staff are quick with response when questioned about something. And are everyday People looking to hand out the best deal that they can because they're also good people. I'm reminded of Good old days by and get off the street because they are also quick and you are in and out. For all of us old school people that are older than 30 you know what I'm talking about.

Quality over the last four years has been decreasing. The last pre-weighed ounce tested below 20 and had tree trunk stems in it. I don't pay for stems. I get that the product is a lower part of the plant, but at this rate, I expect a pre-weighed ounce to come with dirt and a jug of water by May 2020. Sorry to be harsh, but between the silly sales and the low quality, I'm not sure I'm getting anything better than what I could get on the street from a basement grower. And yes, you do have to smoke a whole lot more of the pre-weighed to get the same medication results. Which makes me suspect that the first ten days of the month are a scam to get rid of weed since COC folks can get bomb shelf for $80/ounce. If it's too good to be true, then it ain't true! I guess I will start shopping for a new store. I may no longer remain loyal to any one store.

The greatest Medical weed store i have ever been, The woman are so beautiful with all there sexy tattoos, They always treat me the great respect. I have never left the store without feeling so welcome as they go the extra mile for time and time again. Please go meet the woman called the (Queen Dankness) Cool people sexy woman, good weed.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries. I first checked it out about a year and a half ago because it's close to my office, but now I would choose to go there even if the location was not as convenient. Not only are the prices unbeatable but the product quality is superb and the staff are friendly and helpful. I've never had anything less than a great experience here. Check their website for special deals on a variety of products during holiday seasons such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and of course 4/20.

I was originally told that if they help me fill out my application that I could do some shopping and that was not the case. I have multiple sclerosis and really needed some help because I've been trying to get this taken care of for 3 months. They did help me get my application complete but after that it was like too bad so sad. I was very disappointed with the inconsistencies. It's almost as if the person that denied me looked at me and was like no need for that. The gal at the front desk is the one that helped me get my application finished and she was very helpful. I don't think I want to do shopping there after I get my card.
