Purchased 4 cartridges on Sundays the 3rd. After using the first 3 over the week it was time to open the 4th one. But it was defective. Tried it on 2 different batteries to be sure. On the 8th I called the store. The women who answered said to bring it back and it would be replaced. I live over an hour away and only drive through that town once a week to visit family. I was reassured this wasn't a problem. Today the 10th the manager told me he would not replace it cause it was store policy. So I didn't purchase 4 more as planned and left. I shouldn't have to check all of the cartridges before leaving the store to make sure they all work. The store should back up their goods. Secondly if this is the policy the owner needs to re-educate it's bud-tenders since they apparently do not know the policy and reassured me it would be ok. I wasted time and gas to come back here to be turned away. My money will now be going to a different store. Very disappointed.

This store used to be good. Once upon a time, they had employees. Now, you go and they mock sales in their ads. In 12 months they had increased their price 40%. So you go in, spend 40 minutes waiting for 4 people to shop because they have 1 budtender, and the sales are a joke. I will go until I fill out my $10 off card, than I will start shopping for a better store

Very friendly staff answered all my questions bought some tincture cbd and thc mix the only complaint is not with the dispensary but the product got it for my arthritis,but can't open the bottle I am all about safety from kids but my goodness.Tried to reach lucky turtle who makes it but no luck.and the pre rolled are nasty all around

I like this place for the most part but they REALLY REALLY need to quit switching strains from one shelf to another randomly for no reason. I bought an OZ of 9 lb hammer for $117 as a" Select" strain last week then came back this week and it was $220 an Oz for the same exact strain/quality and now they have it as top shelf. Happens all the time here. One week I feel like I get a good deal and the next week I feel like I get the shaft. No consistency on pricing at all but otherwise not a bad joint.

This is our 2nd time here. The 1st time everybody was very kind, polite and very knowledgable about all specials and pricing. BUT......the 2nd time after calling ahead, we were told one price over the phone but when we got there the prices and specials were completely different than what we were told. The staff was rude and unknowledgable about their products and specials. After talking to the manager he was just as mixed up about the pricing and specials as the rest of the staff. He was totally rude and unprofessional. He had me literally shaking and so confused. I am an elderly woman on disability and normally getting weed is usually a good experience, but this time around was the most horrible experience I have had. I will not be back. If you go there be careful!

I've been here multiple times since my first visit. I've been to 2 of the locations and both have delicious, high quality bud. I love the ingredient list!!! All organic nutrients. This is such a rarity now a days. Always a clean smoke, great high and good service! We have gotten the Chemmy Jones a few times, 😯😊 . Great flavour, ridiculous high ! Thanks nature's herbs and wellness for keeping it natural. I enjoy coming into your shop and often refer your company to others.

Huge place lots of selection. Most staff are pretty cool. I think they could do a little bit better at keeping some of the lower-cost pot on the shelves. I'd love to always smoke the good pot but I can't afford it. this is definitely not the store you want to go to for lower-cost pot because they will more than likely be out of the little bit they had and the rest will all be high priced. I would definitely recommend visiting though.

I shopped exclusively here for years but the tremendous amount of seeds in various strains, switching of same product between shelves, and little to no selection so, so many times has me looking elsewhere and telling the truth. It's all happened repeatedly and it's sad that their buyers are ruining a good company by buying and selling just about anything to the public. It's like a gas station repeatedly selling bad gas and telling their customers to eat it. Employees are usually cool as hell. I feel bad for them having to sell product like they are given to sell lately.

It was the worst experience I have ever had at any dispensary in my life!... And that was just trying to get checked into the place!!... I won't be going back there because of it and then once I got back there to see what they had they literally had 5 jars of product to choose from???... Like what the heck all that trouble for really nothing!!... Won't visit there again I rather drive 2 hrs to Denver to actually have a choice of product to choose from!!...
