Feedback:
Most the staff are great, except 2 girls who stigmatize and bait customers for their own validity. My previous 5 star goes down do 1. Due to the uneducated, entitled, mean spirited little girls on your staff who won't take responsibility or accountability for their selves or actions, but instead puts the blame on the customer before making them leave the store.

This was my go to place for about six years but I won't be going back. They no longer sell bud to medical clients. You have to go to retail side and any offer texted is a lie because the discounts don't apply...but, hey, they got me in there, right? What happened to friendly service? LOL. It's not like there isn't any where else selling - so I'll take my cash, generous tips and loyal patronage further north on Broadway.

First time back in Colorado since California. Just stopped by the first dispensary closest to my house. Awesome people, Very friendly and they know they’re products! I’ll be continuing to come to Nature’s KISS in the future.Thank you guys!

The customer service has improved over the years but the quality of the weed has not. The weed is always so dry that is smokes too fast. I got 4 different types of weed this weekend all are dry. Dont need a grinder because the weed is so dry. Why is the weed dry? Is it old? Is it weighd before it drys out because my weed was a little short on weight too. But staff has been improved. I am forced to leave tho as I have standards and will not spend my money on dry weed that don't get you high. Sucks cause this place has always been the closest but product sucks.

This is a Dispensary you NEED to go to. The ownership and the staff here are both incredible... The best part about this place is the community they're building within their brand. At Natures kiss and Smokeloud they are dedicated to their success which in turn makes them reputable and trustworthy. They truly care about their clients. They provide in depth information about their product and make sure you're 100% satisfied. Not only is it a fun laid back environment but they're also very welcoming and friendly. I have visited both nature’s kiss and SmokeLoud and all have been Great experiences I’ve know Bruce Jr for some years now and I gotta say, this man is WELL educated in this industry !!!!HATS OFF TO YOU SIR !

Y'all, I went in looking for something great. Didn't know what I wanted. Young Woman around 8:15ish this morning helped me. She suggested Scott's OG, talking about it would have me napping .Why did I wake up 13 hours later, thinking I missed the School Bus? It's Saturday and I'm 24..... Thank You!.

One of the first dispensary I had ever been too. Great staff, they really make you feel good about what your doing.. not that it's bad, just feels weird.. you know the first time you go and get THC legally can feel a bit odd, if you know what I mean!? If this is something you are doing for medical purposes, why don't you try to apply for your medical card. This way, you can register with a shop you like to go to such as nature's kiss and get a better selection and get it for cheaper?! I highly recommend Nature's Kiss especially as a medical dispensary as well as recreational.

Hands down, one of the best all around recreational dispensaries I’ve been to! And this is coming from an industry professional, as well as a Colorado native! From their knowledgeable and super friendly staff, to their broad yet top notch selection of product, you cannot go wrong. I had an issue with some plant matter in a concentrate gram, Bill worked one on one with me to not only get me another gram, but to ensure I left the store happy and satisfied! 10/10 would go here again, and recommend to anyone.

Horrible customer service from Ryan. Won't return till he's gone. You dont treat people like that. Guy you disrespected is well respected. You should learn some respect. I buy 2 grams of wax and shatter a day and you just lost my business. I traveled great distance to get there too. Word of mouth brought me there. Word of mouth will keep me from it.

People who take advantage of autistic people at the cost of their money and safety(i am autistic)...Last night bought oil from natures kiss and went over to the vape shop next door which is still natures kiss owned... Natures kiss does not sell empty cartridges but recommended next door as the best spot to get a cartridge for my oil... So i bought a cartridge filled it let it sit overnight to settle into the cotton... On my 3rd puff the glass shattered in the cartridge... I went back to the vape shop where their only suggestion was to BUY a silicon case. They didnt offer me a new cartridge and did not find a way to save the oil where i could put it in a new cartridge.... Went back next door to natures kiss got the same recommendation use a silicon tray then dab it... I dont have dab stuff, dab is too hard on my lungs medically. I smoke for medical purpose... Since u recommended that vapeshop you should be replacing the oil and cartidge instead of telling me too bad oh so sad and trying to get me to buy more of your unsafe product
