i visited natures medicines friday september 201. 2018 i purschased several vapecartridgesl today and when i got home they did not fit in the vape pen i bought. let me remind u that i alsilo bought the vape pen there and they assured me that it would fit.. i live over a hr away from state college its not like there in my back yard. so i called and wxplained my situation and they said they wouldnt so nothing for me were very ignoret to me on the phone thell be ur best friend while ur there spending money then as soon as u leave and the product is wrong they wont make it right. very disapointing angel wont even come to the phone thats how unprofessional he is him and his wife run a scam out of there business thay dont care about there customers thank u

If you have a choice, do not use this dispensary. I live in Somerset county. State college was the closest dispensary, 2 hours away. 1st visit-I was totally ignorant of how any of this works. Great pharmacist. Sales person goes against doc recommendation n sales me something totally wrong for me. This was one of 2 meds. 2nd med fabulous! 2nd visit-they do not have the med that DID work. Just drove 2hrs. 3rd visit-posted time says open at 8am. Drove 2 hours. They did not open until 10am. On this visit, two salesmen worked with me. The second puts the wrong medication in my bag. I did not realize this for 2 days. Call. They agree it was there fault. They want me to drive a total of 4hrs for a partial exchange of their own mistake. I was told a manager would call me. Didn

The staff is great! Friendly, respectful, etc. The biggest concern is organization and actually having medicine. They never have product when other dispensaries an hour or so away has everything. They open at 9AM, I always put an order in before 9:15AM, and half of the time my order gets canceled saying they are out. Then to make matters worse, I

I had an issue the other day and was upset over a cart lets say! Well today I had an employee go above and beyond trying to help the situation this is excellent customer service! I tale back what I said before this staff the team at natures meds selinsgrove are good ppl and really try and help! Its not the despensory we should be mad at its tgese growers that cut corners because they can and no one does anything! Natures meds in my book is a great place with a great staff!
