Unprofessional Staff every time I decide to ask a question or open my mouth.Like for example I call in to see if they do birthday specials and I asked if it's ok to come in and clam it. First thing he says only if I buy something.? I just renewed my card on my Birthday and I'm not gonna spend money in this place the next two years now that I will have my card. And that's just one example of the rude service I have received here over the 7 years I have my med card.

I have purchased here numerous times before.... this is the first time I've called and asked for specials and I told them I was looking for vape specials...so they tell me about some sort of live resin...thinking this was for a vape I purchased it. Now I cant afford to use it. I've been coming here for months....and now they've lost a customer because the person they had answering their phones didnt know what she was referring me to.

The woman behind the counter turned me away before I could get into the store because she demanded that I have my passport, even though I have my card! After getting home I called and talked to the manager and he assured me that the woman was WRONG for telling me that my passport was required. Very annoying to drive all the way there and get turned away because of an employees mistake.

It was my first time going there, and the man assisting me was horribly rude, disrespectful, impatient, and made me feel like I was being rushed out the door. I often have trouble with cognition, so I have to have things repeated and was made to feel like I was a bother. Worst experience ever. If it's your first time at a dispensary and your new to cannabis, I don't recommend coming here.
