Feedback:
Lacked covid precautions, employees not wearing masks or not wearing them properly. Items not well stocked ( eggs and dairy). We still stocked up with pantry items. Clearly not well managed.Continue to but people at risk by not placing a mandate on mask. When I was told they improved, it’s not okay to have people hovering over your cart while not wearing a mask. With Covid-19 spreading throughout East Multnomah County, it’s no wonder why. Do better!

I buy Sambucus lozenges here for $4.55. It's an amazing deal! My doctor turned me on to them several years ago. At the first signs of sickness start taking them It usually keeps me from fully getting sick. I normally put 4 in a cup of hot tea let them melt and drink. They have other deals too. The 2 reasons why I didn't give a 5 is theres a strange smell when you walk in. I don't care for the smell. And they dont give out paper bags. You either need to find a box or bring your own bags. And when you deal with medical issues that's a hassle.

This place would be awesome if they were able to keep things stocked. More often than not, I go here and what I was looking for is not stocked. When items get stocked, they only put a few of them on the shelves. If you need help with a question, good luck finding someone who is knowledgeable about the item or where it's at in the store.

Good Produce , but terrible customer service, from the Cashier , (McMahon C), to the manager on duty , they rush you through check out even though the store is empty. There are a few store around Portland , no need to go to this Gresham location when people don’t have any desire to help you , pretty frustrating after you spend a good amount of money in Groceries.

If you're scientifically illiterate and believe that GMO are bad then this store was built for people like you. If you have a functioning brain then I'd recommend going to literally anywhere else for groceries. They have a decent selection of gluten free stuff for fellow celiac eaters but the place smells like a hippies armpit after Woodstock, the prices are unbelievably high (even for a health focused grocery store), and most of the products taste like they've been soaked in condensed farts.

Placed a special order for a case of kombucha after I had two employees (including the manager on duty) tell me they were eligible for a case discount. When I went to pick it up nearly 10 days later, they tried to tell me there was no case discount because it was refrigerated. They give their loyal customers such a hard time, refusing to budge. Thankfully the assistant manager (a nice guy with long hair) came over and resolved it. Their employees need to be better informed on policies and not quote customers one thing, and then try to do another.

They are pretty well stocked. I'd love it if they had all products listed in the website but generally I have to go in to find what I need. The good thing is that usually they have something that works for what I need and there is a pretty good selection, so I have my choice. Good staff. Always helpful and well motivated people.

Love shopping here. Good prices on supplements & I think most all of not all produce is organic. Also have some bulk spices so get 5 oz of organic ground cinnamon for about $2.99. Also personal care products. Good produce. I held off joining their discount program which I now regret. I earn rewards just by entering phone #. They have excellent prices on free range & pasture raised organic eggs. Better than Winco w membership. & nice helpful staff.

I tend to shop at this natural grocer on a weekly basis, and I must say this past experience was quite frustrating. The manager Lydia was no help at all after the cashier messed up my payment type. Not wanting to inconvenience the several customers waiting in line behind me, I called and spoke with the manager and she didn't validate my frustrations nor offer to fix the situation at all! Guess I will be going to Whole Foods :-(

This store is awesome! I am on Keto and need a lot of unusual ingredients (almond flour, erythritol, supplements etc) and Organic foods. Natural Grocers always has what I need and at a fair price. It's definitely a one stop shop for any health minded individual. Highly recommended.
