I have been working with Dr. Aarty Soorya for over a year and her knowledge about holistically helping you address issues with food intake, fasting and sleep are absolutley on point. Through discussions with her my sleep improved from 3 hours to 7 hours and with intermittent fasting I lost over 10 pounds.Dr. Soorya worked with me, answered questions, gave me multiple options and I am very happy with the results.
