One individual didn't have any knowledge of even what was carried in the store. He may have been new, not a huge deal as I was able to get the answers. What makes me give this location a 3 is that I asked about 5 different products and they had none of them there which was extremely frustrating as they are fairly common. To not have ANY of them seems like a bit much to me. Needless to say I left the place without having made a purchase. It's not a bad place, nice enough location and friendly enough staff just a seemingly small selection

I came in to the 1019 N.E. 122nd 97230And purchased a "The Refinery Dog Walker" cartridge 2/26/2020. The female clerk with dirty blonde hair told me to make sure I keep my receipts so that if anything goes wrong I can exchange it and I turned back to her and asked her, specifically, "so I can't return it if it doesn't work?" She responded, "Sure her you can if anything goes wrong." I then left. Sure enough when I got home later that evening and attempted to use it, it didn't work. Today 2/27/2020 ***THE NEXT DAY!*** ***WITH MY RECEIPT IN HAND*** you're clerk who is there around noon today (a male with brown hair, facial hair, and blue eyes) with no solid evidence or documentation anywhere in the building, on the receipt, or any other viable excuse to refuse my request for a refund, indeed refused. He went on spewing ignorant thoughts about the industry and the law of which he could provide no Oregon statutes that provided him the right to refuse my refund with the documentation that I provided that I purchased that item less than 24 hours ago. Teething at a point making it seem as though the marijuana industry doesn't have to follow the same rules that normal stores and companies have to with cleary stating and posting policies that are to be enforced to your customers. At this point I am coerced to except the injustice your franchise has done to me, and my frustration is escalating I tell the clerk give me the gift card and make him fully aware I have every intention to still seek out my refund that your employee told me that I was able to get if I needed to, and you guys do not have any documentation anywhere stating that I am not eligible for a refund that I did my part as a consumer to protect my right to do so.I still want my refund, I have reported this Injustice to the Better Business Bureau, as well as placed a review. Also you may want to update your employees of your "policies"Because while I was there 122nd location I called another one of your locations where the lady was telling me that I was able to do a refund as long as I had my receipt, while the employee at the 122nd who heard her on speaker phone kept trying to add for an exchange he kept saying that in the background "for an exchange" and I told her finally what he was saying and then she went along with it cuz she's one of your employees as part of your company with obvious uncertainty. Maybe you should get everybody on the same page so this doesn't happen to another victim of your deception.Peace and Blessings

Anywhere but Nectar is my recommendation they value quantity not quality especially with their employees which is why I never see the same person twice. They are constantly out of advertised items with no substitutions offered. And I cannot stress how apathetic the staff is. You have many choices for cannabis make a different one then here.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I moved here from Wyoming and this was the first dispensary I tried, and has since been the only one I use! There’s so many locations that I have one by my house and also one on my drive home from work! Seriously perfect! I just pre-place my order and it’s always ready to go quickly and they always go over it with me. Everyone who works here is always so friendly and nice! I won’t go anywhere with these amazing prices and great customer service! Thank you guys!

I like this place a lot, great flower, good customer service etc. I took a star because they used to have these daily deals that I would come in for like clockwork, I guess they felt it wasn’t lucrative enough because those deals are long gone. They still have weekly deals but not quite as friendly as the daily deals of yesterday.

We have come here on and off for years and really enjoy the great prices and high quality product, but recently when we moved back to the area and started going more frequently we are always assisted by a girl with pink hair and glasses who is really rude. She's always either making us sound stupid or she's really irritated with us and it makes a really uncomfortable experience. I know what I like and what I'm looking for and I don't need to be treated the way I am treated when browsing products. We constantly get eye rolls and heavy sighs when we ask questions

We have been to this locations multiple times since it first opened. The service is always friendly and the budtenders are always knowledgeable. Honest recommendations on quality rather than pushing "the good stuff" on us just because it it more expensive.Our most recent budtender, Jessica, was wonderful and patient as my wife and I slowly made up out minds about the 12 different strains we were interested in. Five Stars!

HUGE DISAPPOUNTMENT!!!! Used to love this place. Bummer pre rolls for $1.30 a pop on Fridays is an ok deal, plus it’s by my house. But when I told the manager about a competitor with much lower cartridge prices- he offered to match me! I was so excited to save the substantial amount of money on the cartridge- until he almost immiediatelt changed his mind and his demeabor- renigging on our deal we’d made not thirty seconds before. Thanks “bruh”- I’ll buy my cheap pre rolls elsewhere.

Staff is knowledgeable and they have no issues weighing it out if you have doubts.Lots to choose from and specials during the week that change. I won't go to other places now, because I always get a better deal here. Bonus: The glass jars are classier then other places and keep the smell down a LOT when you are traveling with green. You guys rock!
