Nectar is usually my favorite place to buy weed. I come here because this is where I find the best deals. Lately customer service has been slipping. I usually buy the same things. They will have three employees on hand but for some reason nobody has scanned in stock. I have to wait for a manager to scan in stuff that is out on the shelf just so I can finish my transaction. I buy editable cookies and about half the time they are smashed up into crumbs. I bought a 7 pack of smoke rite joints yesterday and when I got home, the sealed package was empty.. no joints? When I came in to get my joints that I paid for, the lady cashier didn

The store is amazing! No matter what you want they are ready to help. I had a wonderful guy by the name of Sloan assist me. He was very nice and very helpful. I fully recommend you pay them a visit...you won't be sorry!

The staff is amazing!!!! They always treat me with respect and make me feel welcomed. One employee forgot to honor a discount and i didn't catch it at the time so when i returned he apologized and had a free gift waiting for me for his mistake. I was so taken back, the fact that i didn't catch that and he did and remember and made it up to me with out me catching the mistake is absolutely amazing! I love this place and will continue to come back. Thank you nectar staff keep up the good work!!!!

The selection was decent, the staff seemed to be using too much of their own products. I used the leafly app to track a specific strain, it showed they had it in stock, and the menu had been recently updated, but their inventory did not reflect the information on the app. The staff member I dealt with seemed to have trouble understanding my question, which was "how much is this jar you're showing me." I had to ask several times, then I tried asking a few more times in different ways until he finally got it. He seemed more interested in getting me out of the store than helping me make a purchase. I doubt I'll return.
