NETA is mids. Grow facility is disgusting and contaminated with mold and bugs. Run by a bunch of “experts” who don’t know good weed from a hole in the ground and don’t care about the quality of the garbage they’re churning out as long as they get a paycheck. Their flower is always terrible (harsh, dirty, smells like crap not like weed) and their edibles are made from distillate and don’t get you high. Not to mention the vapes use chemicals for terpene flavor that haven’t been tested for inhalation use. NETA IS MIDS, SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Dry, hay-smelling, sad-looking little nugs that taste worse than they smell. Very disappointed in the quality since this company is allegedly considered“state of the art”. The flower products do not seem to be dried or cured correctly leading to a very undesirable smoke. Would not buy from here again.

Very pleased. Great staff. Knowledgeable!! Safe environment. Parking and T were both easy. Everyone was polite and explained the process to the next in line. Two lines, medical use and recreational. Well monitored.

What a wonderful first experience at a dispensary! It was organized, and the man at the counter was very helpful. I was able to park at a lot down the street (on Kent street) and paid $1 for an hour. Will definitely be looking into a medicinal card to cut down on taxes.

The absolute classiest MJ dispensary imaginable. Located in what had been a bank, its design and decor are amazing. Like a bank, there are lines to get to the "teller" stations, especially on a Friday and Saturday night - but that didn't stop the staff from being immensely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The selection is limited for non-medical customers, who also get precedence for service, yet that commitment to serving their most in-need visitors is part of why this is a five-star place!

What they have is great, but lines tend to be long even when reserved ahead. Also, they may run out of what you requested and you may have to go in the regular waiting line. The people are really helpful and kind, though!

I went here for the first time as a medical patient on Friday and had a wonderful experience. I told the staff that I was a medical patient, and immediately after showing them my cards let inside. I struggle with PTSD and have some sensory processing issues, so being in noisy and crowded environments make it hard for me think properly. Sorcha, the employee helping me, brought me into a separate, and much quieter, consultation room so we could figure out what products would be best for me, and then we went to a register so I could make my purchase. I had no issues, and Sorcha was super friendly and understanding of my struggles and made things much less anxiety inducing for me. Their concentrates are good and flavorful, but I will be honest and say that I've had better flower at other dispensaries. It's still good quality, just not outstanding to me. But I rate NETA 5 stars because of the quality of care I received as a patient. Thank you, Sorcha!

Very cool building that clearly was a bank, turned dispensary. Nice people, informative, and helpful. Got my stepdad a chocolate bar, he seemed to enjoy it ?
