Beautiful store but check the expiration dates of what they give you! This was my first experience ever at a dispensary of any sort and I bought D-Line Lumens 5mg gummies as a way to try THC in a small controlled way. I ordered ahead online and the pickup process was super easy. My mistake was trusting Neta to act responsibly. I should have opened the bag before I left the store and read every line on the bottle. Unfortunately, my bottle of 20 gummies was already over 3 months old, and expired less than 5 days after my purchase. Super disappointed. Buyer beware I suppose, but man I was hoping this beautiful store filled with friendly people wouldn't sell me a bottle with such a tight expiration date. They're happy to get rid of a product that was about to expire, but I feel ripped off.

Over priced dry marijuana and consistently out of stock on items and far too many compliments of mold in the growing facility. NETA is not a trustworthy business, we need more competition so the prices start coming down. Massachusetts really screwed this up, should be far more stores by now, instead they give a small amount of licenses to the corporate stores so prices stay high and the voters get screwed and employees get underpaid while working in moldy facilities.

From what ive read this is a waste of time again. There is no menu and now that you reserve ahead there is not of stock left. NETA has lost it's touch and place. Nothing new, rude people at the door, limited stock and the way there doing things is garbage. My suggestion is go to pure Oasis on blue Hill Ave . At least there you have a chance of getting something good and not just the same old same. NETA step your game up or go away. Either way you suck now

Got some gummies from there. Let me tell you they are not all that good, I had gummies from northeastern and they taste wonderful and sweet not bitter like dollar store candy. Taste is terrible change your recipe cause this is how you make money right ? Wouldn’t you want to improve your products for your customer. Just addd some more fruit juice please and thanks

Would give 5 out of 5, but they told me they would listen to me about stocking high thc sativa wax. Whenever there is a was over 80 percent thc that is straight sativa, it sells out in a day and it’s like a limited time thing. Almost like the McRib or something. I’ll give you five stars once you keep a regular stock of sativa wax above 80 percent thc. I recommend more of that Bruce banner. I’m not buying wax for a little simply because I want this type of wax and you don’t have it now.

Used to love it here but the quality of flower has really dropped over the last year. I noticed since I started getting my products through delivery services that I have better results in every way (medicinally, smoking, customer service). I decided to do a pick up at NETA recently and it's not even comparable at this point. My friends agree, not worth the price markup for the quality, you might as well not get medicinal.

I purchased a Ruby pen and a cartridge as well as flowers. This was my first time trying a vape product and went with the Ruby setup based on the recommendation of the sales woman. Went home to unpack my purchase and thought it was odd that there was so little concentrate in the cartridge. About a quarter of the cartridge contained the concentrate. But because this was my first experience with the product, thought that was normal. The cartridge lasted me three days of light vaping.Called to inquire if this was normal and the rep told me to come in person and speak to a manager. I did just that and she actually did not believe me and recommended that I stick to flowers. Out of curiosity's sake, I bought another cartridge - the pen cost me money so I didn't want to just throw it out after one use - and when I got back home, I found a full cartridge. The first one either had a leak or wasn't filled properly.People make mistakes including the workers at NETA. NETA, however, denies that they ever make mistakes and instead blames the customer who was sold a shoddy product. How is this outfit any better than some guy on the black market. At least the average Deadhead dealer would be more honest and doesn't rip you off.

Best dispensary around. Their products just sore high above the rest. Time after time. Dispensary after dispensary. It was proven that NETA is just the best. Employees there rock! I’m dying right now with them not being open, but when they do. I guarantee it will be worth your time to stop by. I myself check the menu hourly when they are open, to ensure my chances of copping the newest more amazing strains. Thank you NETA for being an example of what a customer service should be like. For what consistency should be like. Just simply running on the model that all businesses should abide by. Enjoy!!!!!

Really. Classy and well organized. In an old bak building with cathedral ceiling and teller cages. Staff is helpful and friendly. Long lines... Make a reservation before they open. I came Sunday at about 10 and waited outside for 30 minutes. I was told that that that was a really short wait... Sometimes the lines are around the block.

Good options and good product. That is it. The staff constantly make mistakes, the line outside is absurd every time and good luck during the cold. The prices are alright but not much you can expect from taxachusetts. Want to call in and ask a question or get help? Forget about it. Nobody and their bloodline will ever pick up the phone since opening day.
