Was good when it first opened but has gone downhill drastically. Quality of the flower isnt anything you would want from a dispensary and that's if they even have any on the menu. Many better options a short drive away

As a medical patient, I appreciate what they've done to ensure we have quick access to the same kind of products we had before full legalization. The products are good quality and they are always helpful.

Out of every dispensary i have been to for medical - they have the nicest looking stuff around, hands down. At least for concentrates I cannot speak for other products. Wish NETA had their own delivery system so I didn't have to trek for 90 minutes to get there. It sucks since I don't see NETA coming into berkshire county.

Excellent customer service with a friendly smile starting with the young man who held the door open . The line inside moved quickly . And the lady was very knowledgeable with helping with my questions . Flower I picked was loaded with flavor and crystals . And the container is a nice perk to store my future goodies in . Thank you for a very pleasant and consistent experience .

It was my first experience with a recreational dispensary and the staff was friendly and helpful... The police were out front directing traffic and whole at first it was off putting, everyone was friendly... And the police were needed to direct the traffic...
