All around the best customer service I have ever seen... Using the order ahead , Pre order via their website is a must now pee COVD19... The menu is stellar, and updates daily and weekly... But, alos note that &r sale... They will sell out quickky, so reserve ahead if you know what you like or what you want try next 😉 Good luck and enjoy, your next visit 😊

I decided to try Rubi pod and battery (it's by kandypens - the pod is refillable).WARNING: This thing hits like a fist in the face. Take tiny puffs. I can pull on this frequently, throughout the day, taking three to five 'hits' at a time...three or four times an hour, over the course of several days. Micro dosing like this leaves one in a relaxed state without being unable to function - and it improves the health of my pocketbook, as well.For a harder hitting buzz, I'm really enjoying their wax - same battery but with a different mod.🤯 👍🏼 🐻 😎 😷 🤗 ❤️ ✌️My first time at a state regulated herb shop. I grew up in the '60s and' 70s; I've waited my whole life to finally see this - left CA almost 2 decades before legalization, there, and visited Colorado a decade before the change, there. So, my first time had to be special - and, it was. Here is some of what I learned about NETA Northampton which pleased me, and pleasantly surprised me. But first, a huge exclamation and explanation.Massachusetts needs to get more licenses, already in the pipeline, very soon. With only two open adult use shops, and I understand from Eli, who I met on the street a half block over, the other open store still hasn't got it figured out, yet - and lines are still long and slow. Because of this, adult use stock levels at NETA Northampton are dangerously low.It is important to understand what is on the menu. It's updated nightly, and changes rapidly. Just because it's on the menu the night before doesn't mean it will be there when you arrive the next day.Register on their website for Express Service. This service opens at 8am. Orders not picked up by 10pm are canceled. This is the best way to increase the chance you will actually get what you ordered. Mine was the 35th order of the morning, and they already ran out of the mini-rolled I wanted. They did have everything else I ordered ahead - but yesterday's list of 1000 mg Apex cartridges was conspicuously absent, with a much smaller selection of 500mg size.Payment is by cash AND debit cards, OR credit cards with a PIN.The Express Orders entrance is at the left. Have your express order open on your phone and your ID out and save a lot of time. Let the very nice personnel guide you. If the line outside is short, go in the other entrance and browse - I have yet to do that, but I promise that I will.Always remember, Mr Natural sez…

Twice this week, I have gotten faulty vape cartridgs, 1 an Apex and one a Rubi. The Apex was grudgingly replaced with a muttered caveat that she'd do it this once, but that they didn't make the product, they just sell it. I am a 74-year-old Medical Patient and this is not acceptable and I hope when I take what I believe to be a fake Rubi (have had real ones so know the difference) in, I won't get treated as I was before or I will never go there again!

Traveled an hour to pick up a 2 month supply of edibles today. When I got back home, I noticed the Use By date is in 4 days. Extremely disappointed they are selling old product. Their response was that some customers say they didn’t notice any degradation in taste or effects a couple months past expiration and to put them in a refrigerator to help reserve them. I could see if it was a sell by date but it clearly says Use By and NETA customer service is telling customers to continue using the product past its expiration date. Wow! So unprofessional.

Honestly I haven’t had a bad experience at a pot shop in this state yet. They’re all run similarly and honestly well. Selection and quality are really the discerning factors in the market when customer experience is nearly uniform. Here selection and quality are average and typically subject to supply and demand as with all of the shops. If you’re someone like me who really cares about quality I would recommend if you’re lucky enough to have them around pick a few dispensaries and check their online menus semi-frequently visiting only when you know they have something you want.

Great Experience for medical patients, not so much for recreational. I have been going to NETA since m the day it opened, but over the past few years or so. They’ve been inquired a lot of new staff, which can make things very great ans very difficult for medical patients, at times. This is our prescription, so when you have to quad check the receipt due to past purchases being totaled wrong. Started when I made big purchase, which is very often & once in car I found on the receipt that NETA was overcharging me multiple times... whenever I would get a new staff (in training) It sure will leave a sour taste in your mouth. Make sure to quadruple check that receipt because you never know if the discounts or financial hardship or donations are properly being deducted!

I used to love neta and often recommended it to other med users, I will not be recommending anymore . Paid 70 bucks for tincture that doesn’t work (I took x3 more then I usually would and felt NOTHING)Their flower inventory is a joke nowAnd everyone who made this place worth while before they were gentrified and turned into this corporate lazy Susan of a business are no longer there.Their dry (and I mean turns to dust when you look at it) bud isn’t worth it.

You cannot park at site, nevermind the parking lot there is completely empty btw, at least when i went there, and the signs are completely unintelligible. Make sure you know where to park beforehand. Also, you need to have the confirmation email about you preorder if any at hand (I don't know about you but I'm not very good at finding random emails in my phone). I just have the feeling that they make it all complicated cause they wanna spot if you are already high af?!

Very good experience. The were quick and efficient. Everything went incredibly easy. I felt like they were there to answer any questions and felt like the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were fair. The store is set up nice as well. The parking lot was nice and had no trouble finding parking. There’s 3 officers as well directing the traffic.

Been here many many times. They are usually in my rotation when making the rounds. The pre-order is top notch which is a big deal to me. I can walk in and walk out (assuming I go early). I recommend going early Saturday mornings. No lines and parking is not an issue. The wax and shatter and pretty good quality for the price point. The selection changes and they are the cheapest i can find. NETA is a big part of my daily consumption. I'd really like to see an expansion on the concentrates so i can buy all my extracts in one location but overall good experience.Edit*** New wax packaging is awesome. So glad to see those boxes are being phased out. Keep improving!!!
