A dispensary should always be a pleasent/enjoyable experience....As a 1st time customer it was a horrible experience.....staff is not very educated on how to de-escalate a situation which could have been easily handle if they would understand the simple concept of customer service..if a customer doesn't understand something be kind and explain it probably without disrespecting the customer. I'm a business owner myself and I pride myself on my staff being well educated in customer service and well educated on how to handle and de-escalate any situation. Unfortunately this dispensary had no clue what to do except be very disrespectful.Prices are nothing special $50+ for 1/8ths.... Service all around was just awful...my bud tender didn't even know how to explain the types of bud available. No product knowledge..Do yourself a favor and just drive 20+ mins into Needles California. There's 2 dispensary's located there that have excellent products at great prices and both dispensary's have friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff... Google Dispensary Needles California.

Having to sit outside in the sun with no shade for over an hour, no offer of water. You have medical patients coming from all over that can't handle the heat. They aren't taking online priority anymore. And the amount of meth heads around and inside is insane. It's convenient because it's close to Laughlin. But needles is only a half hour away. They have better prices and they don't make you sit outside

Imagine the following, you go on a restaurants website figure out exactly what you want and place an online order the restaurant calls you back and tells your order is ready for pickup. You arrive to a line outside and tell the host i'm just picking up and he tells you sorry that you have to wait your turn while everyone who arrived before you has to be served and cooked for first.That's the experience at nevada made laughlin

When I went to go purchase at this location the front desk girl sunshine was very polite and took the time to ask me and everyone walking through the door how their day was going and I thought it was great customer service going the extra mile to improve the vibe of the dispensary.. so this review goes out to sunshine keep up the great attitude and the unique way you talk to the customers 👍

I rolled into town needing to catch me a ...to get my medicine... Not knowing the deliteful experience that laid b4 me. Stephanie D AND ChristopherW were thoughtful and made me feel like family. ..cant wait to go to their birthday party. THANKS NEVADA MADE. ..ALWAYS RIPPED...CHAD

Always polite staff and im in and out very quickly.the staff members have came to know me by name and greet me with smiles everytime i come in...and as i wait...i always have fun with some small talk with the front desk rep Garrett! Hes super professional at the same time isnt an uptight feeling to converse because hes professional when it calls for it and is chill and jokes with you when it doesn't.I also have a great experience everytime i placed my order online and they have the new online order pickup window open.reason for that is because of the awesome rep at this window as well...her name is shayvaughn and i always look forward to having a little chit-chat about our children and just random everyday things...and shes able to make it an enjoyable and comfortable experience while also multitasking and grabbing my and other people's online orders real quick without missing a beat! Garrett and Shay are hands down the two most helpful and enjoyable faces i get to see when i come here..which is quite often and theyre both almost always there so i know they work their butts off! Keep up the great work you two and the entire nevada made crew...you guys do an awesome job!!!

Very nice facility, clean and new. Well lit. Easy parking. Could use some more light in the lot at night. Inside staff is friendly and courteous. But you never know what strains you are going to get from one visit to the next. Also you are not sure if the person waiting on you will have the knowledge you require. For the most part I have been satisfied with the purchases I've made. But I live 4 hours away and sometimes I have been wrong. Too bad there isn't a way to sample.

Amazing bud, super friendly staff. I don't know about edibles because i'm not into that, but this place has the best pot i have smoked in the past few years... seriously powerful and healing stuff 100% would recommend this place and thank you to everybody who works there for being awesome. If you are shopping for flower just go for the high end stuff here, trust me the THC% value here is excellent. They have daily specials as well, just ask when you come in. peace out :)

I'm only giving them 4 stars because of their Kabunky concentrates. Other than that I'd only give them 3 1/2 ⭐'s... Because their service isn't tha greatest(not the worst either but) the bud tenders aren't real informative about the products they sale and always seem as if they're trying to rush you out just to get the next person in. As much business as I see them get, they could definitely come down on the prices a bit... They DO have special deals everyday BUT I have been misled about certain deals on products because they were not specific and they would NOT agree to make it right even after admitting that it was THEIR MISTAKE... And last but not least... They're open 24/7, and between my late nights working as a Crisis counselor or my late nights writing & recording music, they have definitely been my savior quite a few times. That being said, I think I have been pretty thorough, fair, and honest with this review.

I've been frequenting this location the past several months. I've spent alot of money here and have never had a problem until the last 3 times, of which I've ordered online to avoid the always lengthy lobby wait. All three times, the order was wrong upon arrival, along with my name. The first two times they didnt have what they advertised having and what I ordered, and instead gave me what they had, one option, take it or leave it. Mind yall it's a 30 minute drive. I took it, out of convenience. Yesterday, I tried one last time. All good until I got in the back. Blonde hair guy with glasses on the right side, I really wish I had caught your name. I'm from out of town. I had no idea 1 gram of concentrate equals 8 grams of flower. I had a $280 order, a half and an eighth, 2 grams wax two cartridges. He had cancelled my order without informing me, was incredibly rude when I asked him to pull it back up so I could get SOMETHING of what I ordered, told him sorry I was from colorado and the rules were different and I was unaware in which he condescendingly stated that Colorado was the reason they do things differently. HOW RUDE!!! Colorado, for one, can count. And for two is my home. And for three I had a disabled veteran hat on which should be indication this is medicine for me even though I'm not a Nevada card holder. I turned around and walked out, briefly explaining the situation to the kind woman at the front desk. But i felt necessary to leave this review because I've never been so offended and insulted in a dispensary before and people should know about it. Just because theres no 5 mile radius competition doesnt mean people cant drive 20 minutes to needles, where they can count, are very kind and always have what they claim. Not to mention, I bought the exact same things I was going to purchase at nm for 100 bucks cheaper. Needless to say, another good customer lost.
