Always a remarkable experience, and the grooviest location in downtown Vegas. Chef Stacey's recipes incorporate a great deal of raw ingredients combined with plant-based toppings/proteins: such as in the chilled jicama chili-cheez fries. Refreshing and energizing, just the way food is supposed to be. She doesn't hold back on delivering a spicy kick! The other chefs have a skillful eye for presentation, so I added a pic of lettuce wraps for sure. Thanks guys see you the next time we come downtown! Plant-based for life :)
