Feedback:

I just moved to Las Vegas and my goal is to try all of the vegan restaurants. The first one my non-vegan fiance and I picked was Simply Pure. He's usually open to trying new things but has been disappointed with a lot of vegan food. He loved this place and the food. He told me he would totally go there any time I wanted so he could try all the food. We got one of the sample platters and a piece of cheesecake. Every dish in it was amazing. I only wish I knew the pasta was going to be just zucchini noodles and served cold. We can't wait to go back!
