First off, the staff was so polite, and served the food pretty quickly.I had the largest sampler, it comes on two plates. My child and I shared the meal, could not keep that kid out of the nachos! Was SOOOOOO delicious. I even got my meat loving partner to take a bite of the taco, and they thought it tasted exactly like a beef taco (just without a shell). I'm in Vegas for a few days, intermittent fasting, plant based and restricted calories, so I'm just gonna eat a few cucumbers, celery and squash the next few days, but definitely will stop by my last day in town for one more meal. Amazing.
