The Hawaiian pizza i had 5/6/20 was the best i've ever had. We devoured the 16" delight in record time. The cheese was so fresh. The crust is perfection. Light sauce. Closest thing to real Italian style. I even called them to tell them. Ive been going to Mike's since 1989. They are truly community based and always spread goodwill, kindness, and great food. Try the gyros as well. Bar none the best!!!Sincerely The Couple Down the Street

Despite finding a bug in our pizza a couple years ago, we have been loyal customers for years now until today. We tried ordering a pizza for pick up and had one of the rudest customer service experiences. The man on the phone did not understand a simple order and got frustrated and told us to call another location. We will not return to this location again.

Don't get the 28" unless you have a bunch of people!! It is so much larger than you think! My husband and I ended up bringing a quarter each to share with a few coworkers went it was so big. Pretty good pizza though! It was definitely a hurdle eating the quantity we chose but we will order a smaller size again in the future; coming from new England and having had the privilege of NY/New Haven pizza it is hard to get that amazing pizza out here. It was nice to find some.

I recently gave them another try and I have to admit I liked it. It's nothing fancy but it was simple and good. The crust was nice and crispy and it had a good flavor. Prices are a little steep for me though and customer service is serious and to the point. I feel if you don't care about your customers you don't deserve their business, shame.

The pizza is great! Hands down...but the service totally sucks... As a business owner myself I would never dream of treating my customers like the owner does. He literally hung up on me when I was asking questions because he was in a hurry to close in 20 mins. Well, that's what he said when I called back and asked him why he hung up... it's a shame that as a mom and pops business he treats people this way. We, as a community should help eachother by supporting others businesses but honestly I'll take my money back to Pizza Hut. SMH!!!

Read a lot of the reviews before i wrote mine. Ok, so heres my take on the place Ive seen this place for years but never ate here. San Diego is not a great pizza place, and other giant pizza locations have been a let down. So today i decided to give them a shot. I eent in for a slice and saw they made gyros. So i opted for the latter. It was a good sandwich. Nothing to rave about. But good. The fries were really good. Salted just right. Reminded me of Chicago. The salad was small, but good. Dressing, feta cheese all above board. Over all... an "A" in my book. Which means i will try thier menu a lot more. Guy behind the counter was friendly and courteous. A BIG plus in my book. I will be back.

Checked online and saw large 14" pizza with one topping was $9.99. On yelp and on Google same $9.99. Went in and got a 2 L Pepsi along with our pizza. And got charged $19. For everything. We just paid. They have a special for an extra large pepperoni pizza and 2L of Pepsi for $17.99. So we definitely got overcharged. No greeting when we walked up to the counter. Pretty much ignored us and stared at us until we said we were picking up. Definitely not worth going back to if the owner/employees are going to treat customers like that.
