Feedback:

I worked for HISC over a year, had clients that complained about other cgs, reported it & HISC would do nothing about it, instead I would hear praises about the cg. HISC doesn't care to work a cg 7 days a week even when asked to be taken off the weekends, all they said is, we're still looking, nothing got done. They don't care about the clients or the cgs, more training needs to be done & in my opinion if the client complains about a cg, you apologize & take action to correct the matter, instead of praising the cg. If a client wants things a certain way because she's blind and lives alone, that's the way it should be, you don't offer to buy her different things to accommodate the cg, you adjust to the clients needs. I believe my 93 yr old client died of stress related to their lack of care, even she used to say "we're all just $ signs to HISC" HISC you're in the business of caring for seniors, do your job, train your cgs better & fire those who are not willing to do the job as it should be. I was asked before to take my review down because it was offensive to the staff, most of the reviews here are from staff in the office starting with the manager, it's deceiving! I'm glad to see a review from an actual client.
