Amazing results with Brian!! I have a tear in my shoulder rotator cuff. Went to three different ortho surgeons. One recommended surgery (which I chose not to). Another one gave me a cortisone shot. Went to PT. None of it helped. Within a few sessions with Brian, I was able to move my arm without pain. After about 10 sessions, I’m at 95%! I have almost normal range and strength in my right arm now. And I have been able to play tennis again!! I’m even sending my husband and son to see Brian.

This is the best kept secret in long beach! So clean and well organized. The staff are super knowledgeable and extremely friendly and down-to-earth. The facility is wonderful, but also the classes are awesome and varied. There is everything from yoga classes of all kinds to Pilates to strength and Mobility classes and even Zumba! There are free workshops on Saturdays at 11 a.m. on all kinds of fitness and health related topics. Not to mention there is CrossFit! And it is so great! Don't even get me started, it's too much to explain. Also, if you need a trainer, there are so many amazing people at this facility who can help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to Olympic lift with Mark, work on your powerlifting game with Axel, bodybuild with David, Terry, or any of the other amazing people who work there, or work on physical therapy - - you can do it all! Also, they have great services at this Wellness Center. It's not just a gym! There are Chiropractic services and more! I personally see dr. Lum and have for the past few years and it has completely helped me in so many different ways physically that I can't even express my gratitude to him as my primary health practitioner and just as a person in general - top-notch human being! I also hear a wonderful things from my friends who go to Dr. Guy Gunter as their chiropractor - - he is knowledgeable in a lot of other physical and muscular areas as well, and he is also a trainer and a very inspiring weightlifter. And let's not forget about Dr. Oca, who is one of the nicest, funniest, sweetest people you can ever meet in your life, and he is also an amazing chiropractor. I also have to give a shout out to the amazing massage therapists that we have in our facility. Jenny is the greatest Thai massage therapist I have ever been to. Also you cannot beat the affordability of this Wellness Center, whether it's for the gym, Chiropractic services, Massage Therapy Services, CrossFit membership, or whatever - - you will always get your money's worth. I can't speak more highly about this place!

I visited Dr. Brian Lum after receiving a recommendation from a medical doctor. I could barely be on my feet for more than 5 minutes when I arrived. After accessing my condition, Dr. Lum performed ~ 30 minutes of trigger-point massage therapy. Though the process was somewhat painful, the results were somewhat miraculous. About 24 hours later, I flew to a convention in Las Vegas and was able to be on my feet walking for hours at a time - pain free! I have since followed his advice regarding self massage and stretching and have steadily improved my hip flexibility and strength. John B., Irvine, CA
