I was expecting a good experience; however, I never got to get in the dispensary... I called ahead of time, and there was no answer. Knocked on the door... No answer. Walked back to my car and called once more. Nothing. Lights were on, and the open sign was lit up. The note on the door said they were there and just to call... Oh well... I'm not going out of my way again...

So this is the third time I've been here and I have to say I am disappointed. I don't know if it's under new ownership, but the customer service sucks plus their supply of edibles is not that great. There are two girls working the shop. One on the CBD side and one on the side where a code is required to go in. They have no personality whatsoever. Will not be coming back. It is not worth the trip.

I liked this place a lot in the past but they aren't reliable. My advice to whoever manages this place would be to get your customer service up to speed. It's just awful.1) I drove all the way up from San Diego because they carry a product cheaper than anywhere else in my area. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed without any explanation. I called their number and no one picked up, of course.2) They never answer their phone in general. Since that day, I've tried calling just to make sure they are open and literally 9/10 times no one picks up. The one time someone did pick up, they acted like they were doing me a HUGE favor. Um, hello!? You're a business!3) Their budtenders aren't all that knowledgeable about their products.All in all, I'd say skip it unless you are forced to go here due to geographical or financial restraints or whatevs.

Super, super CBD! New Life Wellness has such a wide selection of CBD products from rubs, tinctures, to vaping products. On my first visit, I met the owner, Rebecca, who gave me a great product recommendation that has changed my life! The disabling side effects and symptoms I was suffering from have all but gone since I started using CBD in conjunction with my traditional medications for my seizure disorder and migraines. Check out the "Plus CBD" sprays and other concentrated products (they are awesome!). Everything is surprisingly affordable, which is rare in a holistic health/natural healing store. I love this store and the community of friends that I have with the staff there. They really care about me and other patrons I have seen them interacting with.
