Prices are a lil high... But one thing I love is the awesome customer service I get here! Always greeted with a smile and treated with respect, never rushed or treated rude in anyway. You can tell when a business is just out for the money and when one actually cares about their patients... And thats truly the feeling I get here❤ Great job and thanks for your 10 days of sale for the new year ✊💞

I love to buy my product there, anytime I go in I am always greeted with a smile and it is a good feeling to always walk in with that. I do know one of the cashiers there, her name is Vanessa and it is always awesome to get my help from her. She know what she is doing and she is VERY imformative and it nice when I am a newbie with my card. Love my carts from here and the weed is amazing. Only thing I hope to see in the future is to get full gram carts.

Train wreck! Glass Central! Affordable and super duper F-N dope!!!Oh my word I love this place. Feels like a barn party. I went for my first time on 4/20 I got a free pre-roll for my first visit a free pre-roll for 4/20 and pizza and soda for 4/20. They are dog friendly. Staff is very kind. If you think your lost your not, it is at the end of the road under the big metal sign. Gravel parking lot. Next to Assistance Dogs of the West.Please don't forget to give me a thumbs up if you found this helpful, many thanks!

They are not friendly at all. Unfortunately they aren’t efficient or helpful either. Bad service is not worth their high prices anyway. Only good as a last resort. You will be waiting for a long time and having to remember your position walking in after who because there is no line or number systems. I would suggest any other dispensary and I used to love New Mexicann until a few years ago it turned south sadly

I feel like I was lied to. Because when I called I was told the product would be a current price and of course plus average tax... When I showed up they must have ignored or forgot everything I talked with them about over the phone and they ended up charging me $10 more then what they said the price would be over the phone. The product was dry and leafy and was not worth the final price I ended up paying... I really feel lied to

Disorganized... Staff was friendly. But all over the place. No one seemed to take it seriously. Very expensive and mostly all R. Greenleaf or outsourced product. Makes you wonder... I bought the R Greenleaf RSO and it was terrible. Never again. The flower is good but again mostly not theirs... I saw Harvest and R. Greenleaf as majority. Take advantage of the discounts.... there are tons and I have found the budtenders often dont pay attention and stack them, add them and you can end up with some sweet deals! BC of that Ill give it 3 stars... but way better options in Santa Fe for cheaper, their own product and similar if not higher quality.

While I would agree with the positives, over the past year it is less family and more like convenience store. At least one of the sales staff is not the most helpful or pleasant to deal with. One of the earlier reviews who said things have changed since the explosion and the atmosphere is not quite so homey. As the listing says avg customer spends 15 minutes. How much time does the sales staff spend doing much more than gathering an order, checking ID and cashing you out.

Cool little dispensary. I am from out of state and I tagged along with my friend who purchases her meds here. There was plenty of parking. The clerks were very knowledgeable and friendly. There looked to be a decent variety of products, they were well organized, and the whole process was efficient. If I lived in New Mexico and was an authorized patient, I would buy from here.

Started out a dependable source of Medicine. Seems like after the horrific accident there, certain thing's haven't recovered!When an item runs out, seems like employees never have a clue as to when that item will be in stock! Management is not consistent with the product/product's they sell! At least not with my choice
