Generally an amazing store, all of the employees I have worked with so far are knowledgeable and incredibly nice! But i just called in to ask about discounts and got hung up on twice after receiving a ton of attitude from an employee who I believe was named Athena? Pretty disappointing considering I have had great experiences up until today.. Some people just arent cut out for customer service gigs

Great staff ready to help knowledgeable. as well as I went in today, I'm a medical patient. Needed some CBD tincture as it's not one of the days for the percentages off they did me a straight and offered me it at discount. That's what the medical community needs real compassion. Not just compensation for materials and services provided compassion goes a long way with that. Thank you very much. Love and Light. AS ONE RESPECT.🙏

This place is right by my apartment. They always have great deals and answer any questions. Me and my boyfriend had a lil mix up and when we called to explain things, again staff was professional and nice. Manager called before my boyfriend left to go down there and explained what happen. He did go down there to get some more of what we got early and he came home with some stickera, a lanyard

I have always and will always stop here when driving up or down the 5. No matter what I'm doing. These girls and guys know how to budtend and know about their product. Amazing customer service and such a large selection that I didnt want to leave. But, sadly, I had to. I bought two citrus sap dabs from BG Family Farms and they found the best ones in the fridge for me. It was 7/21 in the late afternoon, maybe 5:30. Every customer seemed to be having a wonderful experience. Check em out!

They have a very intelligent and knowledgeable staff. They do not f*** around. But they are polite and helpful so that is fantastic. I kinda like the greenish, earthy, techno colors that decorate the place. It has an almost classy, stonery, medical vibe to it.Not a fan of the weird plastic bag that I HAD to pay for and apparently bring again? Otherwise I have to buy another? Ridiculous. But hey I got a free magazine so that was cool. P.S. You guys had the best price on dab ever. I hope those great deals on concentrates continue.

Although they did have a nice selection of Shatter it could have been labeled better. The reason I choose two stars is because they falsely advertise their deals.. they advertised 25% off all concentrates when actually it was only 25% off $30 concentrates. I went back in and spoke with the manager he did not honor the sale that they had advertised. Its a shame with so much competition in the area that they choose to conduct business like this.

Local boy visits home from Colorado and comes upon a neighborhood scam. Dispensery selling leaf joints but won't share out of fear of slandering vendors. Told me that leaf is Mid-grade compared to top buds and by that judgement everything they sell is mid and above. When did leaf become the cavier of the plant?

By far the worst experience yet.. the staff will sell you inferior product purposely despite questions to weed out the low end product. Staff made it clear that there priority is the vendor and not the patient when it comes to the disclosure of quality in pre-rolls. Avoid this dealer.. shady
