Yummmm! I’ve had two of their ‘burgers’ and have loved them both! If you’re vegetarian, vegan, or just like keeping your options open, check out these burgers. I will note, I wasn’t a big fan or their chili fries.

I want to like this chain, because there aren't many good veg options out here, and the staff work really hard to provide good service. And the food does taste really good… it's just expensive for what it is—basically paying city prices in far-flung suburbia. The other big negative is the gross overpackaging, along with unnecessary plasticware and excess serviettes. So if you're vegan for environmental reasons, you'll likely be as frustrated about that as I.

Love their shakes and lemonades which are more delicately done than shake shack's in my honest opinion. Fries are not salted but very nicely fried. I would just sprinkle some salt and eat them without ketchup. Burgers.. well I tried their All-American and the classic. The flavors are overwhelming and don't blend well. I hope the company could recreate something that resembles the classical burger flavor soon:)

I was pretty skeptical, but I figured I would give it a shot. So I ordered the "All-American" and it was pretty tasty. A little on the small side for 12 bucks though tbh, but I guess they didn't have to murder any cows for it, so there's a premium for that. If it were just about the burger, I'd probably give 3 or 4 stars... But I also got some Tater Tots, and they were super great. I wanna go back just for more tots. So that's my review, get the tots! Service was good as well, and everyone was very nice. Craft Beer selection was solid, though I opted to not partake on this day.

I was excited to try Next Level for a while, and finally we decided to try their burgers and see if Next Level can compare to our other well loved veggie burger restaurants. Sorry to say, but we were a little disappointed. We came during lunch and it seemed slow, the lady working the front was on her phone and didn’t seem that pleased to see us and took her time asking for our orders. I ordered a signature burger, while my boyfriend ordered a original cheeseburger. When the order came, I noticed the cheeseburger was quite flat compared to my signature, granted there isn’t many toppings to the burger but the patty was not that big/thick. The buns were a little dry, just because it’s multigrain doesn’t mean it can’t be moist. My burger was okay, I’ve had better especially for the high price point and similar quality (organic). I will say all of the ingredients were fresh (aside from the buns, which I felt were a tiny bit dry and stale), just wish they would be more generous with the ingredients on the burger. I had two tiny tiny slices of tomatoes, and barely avocado for a $10 burger. I will come back again and give them another try, but it was not a great first experience.

Next Level Burgers is an attempt to franchise Vegan fast food to the "Next Level".To a Boomer like me that has tried and really liked other Vegan fare in the East Bay, the millennial catch phrase "Next Level" in this instance seems to be more of a description of the fast food presentation of the Vegan fare rather than the quality of the fare itself being the Next Level Burgers.The All American burger - Small, Pricey too ($8)...The hot dogs, small, taste and texture not the best (also $8).A young couple placed their toddler in a diaper on the countertop, where the food is served! How disgusting is that behavior?The restaurant has less ambiance than a Costco food court. The idea is noble, the execution needs work! From the entrance (where does the line start? and why aren't there any menus to grab? and the menu boards in small print are up near the ceiling!) The narrow food order/counter area is cramped, the grills in the kitchen looked disgusting, the waste bins and bussing station were not attended to while we were there.Not at all enticing for a second visit! Next Level Burgers really needs to clean up their act and I mean CLEAN!

My next level dog was surprisingly good & I eat meat! A must try for sure! Prices are awesome and the staff is impressively nice.I came here because a friend of mine is vegetarian & it's hard to find places where we both can eat so this place is perfect. Lots of parking here & it's free. Lots of good shopping near by as well!

I absolutely love this place. Concord desperately needed a vegan joint. Everything on the menu I have tried so far, and that includes 5 to 6 different items, was really delicious. Location is great too – when the weather is beautiful, which is always, it’s fun to sit outside and eat. Even more so because you can bring your dog with you. The service is great – I just love seeing young hip people in there. They are professional and very polite. Added bonus – Whole Foods 365 next door.

I have to start this review by saying that I am a dyed-in-wool carnivore. I love red meat: steak, tri-rip, burgers, prime rib...basically anything beef. And I love Next Level Burger. The burgers are so delicious and meaty - I think that any carnivore will like them. Their sides are great too; the regular fries and sweet potato fries are both delicious. They're not cheap, but if you need to lower your cholesterol or back off from red meat for any reason (or even if you don't), give Next Level a try. Staff is friendly and courteous as well and happy to help you figure out the menu if you need help.

The Special Sauce burger (now called the classic cheeseburger ordered with "special sauce") is delicious and satisfying and is so much healthier than meat.The coconut milk blueberry shake was creamy, decadent and so delicious. Highly recommend. I contacted the owner about use of straws and he promptly responded and informed me their straws are compostable! 100% I can feel good about coming here often.
