We had to talk about it with my husband and see other estimates from other companies but in the end we returned with California NRG because for us it was the most consistent during the whole process and the one that gave us the best explanation of the financing plans that are available and for us It was important that they are annoying processes. When the work team arrived at the house before beginning, they explained the work they would do on the roof, and best of all, they finished it in one day, since it was not a very big job. Cuando hable con Santiago de California NRG pudimos concertar una cita para el siguient dia. Tenia una lista de preguntas porque hize mis investigaciones y la verdad no esperaba que muchas fueran respondidas pero Santiago fue bastante profesional y supo contestarlas todas. Nunca sentimos ningun tipo de presion por parte de la compania, de que te teniamos que decidirnos ya!, porque se terminan los especiales como lo hacen tantas otras companias. Teniamos que hablarlo con mi esposo y ver otras estimaciones de otras companias pero al final regresamos con California NRG porque para nosotros fue la mas consistente durante todo el proceso y la que nos dio la mejor explicacion de los planes de financiamiento que tienen disponibles y para nosotros era importante eso ya que son procesos molestosos. Cuando llego el equipo de trabajo a la casa antes de comenzar nos explicarion el trabajo que harian en el techo, y lo mejor de todo que lo termiaron en un solo dia, ya que no era un trabajo muy grande. Luego que terminaron la instalacion ellos se encargaraon de llenos los papeles para las inspecciones para que todo sea aprobado. Es un proceso que toma varias semanas y sencillo no es, pero este muchacho Santiado fue paciente y creemos con mi esposo era necesario para rebajar nuestras cuentas de luz. Estamos muy satisfechos con el trabajo de California NRG y lo recomendamos. Y por cierto que tienen muchas personas que hablan Español.
