On their website it says to text JACINTO to 556-78 for $5 off a $25 order. It subscribes you to a subscription and you'll get a text that says to click on the link, then REDEEM, then to place an order. Went through process, promo wasn't working, so called. Placed on hold, was hung up on. Called back and I said call dropped. Staff said I must've hung up on him and they can't help. Didn't even offer to manually take $5 off. I don't know what sort of kickback they receive from BOOSTLY, but said I can call them to figure it out. Poor customer service, had a large order too. Stay away.
