Like the shop, go in there often but I have called countless times with questions or to see if they are open due to weather and they have not ONCE answered. Ended up ubering over there to see that they were closed.. waste of my money and time but no where online do they update their hours. Not on google, their voice mail, blog or website. Just irritating when a company does not care to let their customers know what to expect.

Good selection although sometimes they run out of my favorite medicine and don't restock it. Staff is friendly, the older gentleman being the nicest by far! My son visits quite often and he chooses nimbin over the shop across the street for the wider selection and the vibe. You can be put on a list and they text you deals if you want and there's a points program also where you can get a percentage off your order if you buy a certain number of items. We like it!

These guys are very helpful and kind. Exspecially Chris who helped me to learn more about my new vapor pen. This guy is amazing at pair you up with exactly what your need is and herb. They now have all my business from that night on. They have some incredibly selection and prices and kick ass weed. If you want all that I highly recommend this place actually 11 stars!!!! Thanks Chris your. Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went here because it was just slightly closer and they stay open till 11:45. Or not. I pulled in at 11:20ish and although the open sign was flashing away, the place was locked up tight! Roll down doors securely fastened. Nobody in sight. I was, and still am, super irritated. I should have just went to the other place. I'm sure it was open as advertised UNLIKE this place. Not even worth one star.

First of all, the guy checking ID at the door cracked me up with laughter, and smoothly introduced me to the counter staff. The girl behind their beautifully displayed products asked what I was looking for. She took my answer and gave me a range of bud choices, including a personal recommendation of one that turned out to be exactly what I wanted. They handled payment like bosses, and explained the rest of their merchandise without hard-selling the glass, edibles, and concentrates. The exterior of the shop has a Henry mural on it, which is visible from both directions when driving by, and the place looks inviting. Prices are at market level, which isn't good for bargain hunters, but the quality is very high. As were we as soon as we got home. This place is now my go-to pot shop.

Everyone who works there is great, especially the owner, his wife, and the tall guy who usually wears a baseball hat, but it would be nice if the guy with the green hair wouldn't nudge the tip jar towards me when I paid. I didn't think anything of it the first time, but when he did it the second time I came in too, it was obvious what he was hinting. I work for tips as well, and if someone doesn't tip you, that's tough. You smile and continue with your day. It's completely unprofessional to suggest it. I might donate to the "after work weed fund" next time I come in, but I won't if this hinting persists. It seem's desperate and almost as if he's trying to guilt trip me. It's funny too, because he's the only one who hasn't chatted me up while I've been there. Oh, the blond girl with the glasses and the lip piercing is awesome as well. The shops great, no other complaints, maybe just do a refresher on customer service with that particular guy.
