Disappointed with their return policy. Bought a half-full Pax pod, immediately returned with packaging and receipt but no help. Was a favorite and recommended for good prices and easy access, but other stores provide better service and value for concentrates.

CLOSED: RELOCATED. I just wanted to alert everyone that it appears they moved. Their big signage is down and they have a note about this location having moved to E Wellesley in Otis Orchards.

Now for me Satori South Hill is a place to get my weed the staff and the quality of the product the pricing is always right there but if I ever want to take it up a notch Nirvana has a top-shelf line of products you will pay a little more the packaging is a little prettier but the quality is a little bit better they cater to more of the small Growers doing quality high-end product kind of like wine you know and buy your wine or you can go to the stores that specialize in wine you'll pay more than you get what you pay for so as to Tori will always be number one place for me to shop I will give this store it at five star for having a very nice store with high-end product knowledgeable staff and a variety of items to choose from
