I had just walked in for the first time and got distracted by the cool pieces you guys had. Whensone who works told she needed my ID before lookin and kinda cut me off. Which I had put in ready but she said it with some attitude towards me. So I walked out and I’ll just get my product somewhere else. if I can’t look at a piece of glass for more than 5 seconds without getting harassed they this isn’t the shop you’d want to go to

Great place and staff. The gentlemen Timothy gave great customer service asking me how my day was and if I had any fun plans for the weekend. I actually had car trouble on the way there and they were kind enough to give us a few zip ties to keep my bumper in place until we got home. Made my stressful day a much better by giving great customer service and being a decent humans, need more people like him. Will be coming back!

Update. Two stars because I've been overcharged here twice. The first time by over $30 which I was able to get back and the second time by $15. They said multiple things were on sale that ended up not being on sale. No refund. Budtenders need better training.Edit. O stars. I've been coming to this shop and spending more than $100 a week on average for several months. Even after they already screwed me twice I still gave them business. Today I spent $60 (low for me). One item I purchased was a cartridge. It was defective. I brought it in 5 min later with no tempering, no oil missing. Had package and receipt. Employee tested my battery and cart and seen it was obviously defective. He absolutely refused to return it. He had no reason not to. I run a cannabis blog, a budtender group and Instagram page centered around washing reviews. I will be putting this business on blast. Expect to lose a lot of business.

I would give them no stars if I could. Im a single mom and dont always have a buddy at my disposal to come with me to stay in the car with my baby while i run into a store very quickly to get things i know I need. Ive tried to bring my baby in before and they told me absolutely not so i called in advance to see if they would provide customer service and they failed. "We would all loose our jobs if a baby came in" well if a cop realized i left baby in the car by herself id be in trouble. I asked if they arent busy if an employee could stand outside of my car while i get what i needed real quick and he guy told me he couldn't answer that and said he'd pass it off to shift lead. I heard him chuckle as he passed her the phone... She as well said our store would close if you brought your baby in so i asked the same thing about someone standing outside... She pit me on a 30 second hold and said my supervisor said no... Piss poor customer service... They are never that busy... Ill take my business somewhere else... Nirvana Cannabis is a horrible company in Otis Orchards. They don't care about their customers and I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't open long.
