This is my favorite Dispensary. They have great sales all the time. All of the staff is very helpful, but my time with Brianne is extra special to me. Her knowledge and encouragement led to my journey into "dabs". I was very skeptical when she first explained how to smoke it. After a few talks I took a chance during a sale, and I'm so glad I did! Just a puff away from relief.

Poor signage. Passed the location 3 times until I saw a dispensary sign. No instructions on how to use tincture. Note on box to refer to patient handbook on line.

Called ahead to inquire about specials. Also wanted to know how come only my partner gets text messages? I was told only one per household/card? Also I was NOT told till my 3rd call back that the store items are now listed online with the cost (currently updated). however I wasn't offered to place my order ahead, I was told to come down great specials running now! So when I arrived shortly before closing( 6pm and they close 7pm), As I walked in I was asked by the 1st person I spoke too that if I called ahead to order? NO, NOPE I was NOT OFFERED OR REMINDED THAT OPTION WAS AVAILABLE FOR ME TO DO THAT. Shame on them 3 calls 3 different people. I even used the chat option on the website. The person their just told me to call the store for details, didnt even mention products, info and cost available online? THE ITEM which was advertised and text today, was ALL OUT!! drove all the way their to be disappointed!!! Happens quite often. Staff turn around high. New faces and everyone does not seem to be on the same page. Lack of proper training or just high turn over. Need to find another store!!!! Just too bad their are only a few on Oahu and all in Honolulu. Need more locations throughout the different areas on the island more centeral. Products here are pretty good, prices are high. Flowers, oils( even Olive Oil), tinctures, concentrates, lotions, and accessories etc. NO EDIBLES at all. Pricing from $15 gram(sale) to $65 1/8 reg. price on up to $240oz (sale) on up..... shakes are offered too, priced right but MOSTLY OUT. Now you can find great deals when you get notified. I don't know if they have a pattern on their deals, friday only or end of month, or when things don't get sold (clearance) we went on a Friday. We usually go on a Wednesday. What can I say lesson learn. Btw nice stand alone location on 1308 Young st. Beautiful lobby, comfortable chairs and books and materials for you to learn about the different stains and products available for your ailments. Can't compare cause I have not tried another pharmacy. But will be looking at Aloha. a friend had offered 20% discount for referrals to their pharmacy store. Dont be afraid to ask questions. That the best way to get the help you need.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!! It was my first time ever going to a dispensary and was super easy and I didn't wait long till I was taken back and helped. Rating 4 because I should have gotten a military discount (even told her upfront like they say and showed ID) and one product I asked for I didnt receive but didnt realize till I was on my way back home yesterday. Kinda bummed but liked this over the other place!!
