We enjoy going here. They seated our party of 9 quickly. I did call ahead earlier in the day and was told no reservations, but was told to call 30 minutes before arrival so they could try to save us an area. They were prepared when we got there. The only problem was when a vegetarian in our group asked for chicken Alfredo without chicken. They forgot to leave off the chicken, but realized the mistake before bringing it and remade it and gave extra things with it to make up for the delay. Pizzokies are half price on Tuesdays.

The mall is nice, with lots of shops. It's clean and tidy. But, there's not enough restrooms. Over the entire mall, there's only 3 restrooms, to support 100s people. On the 3rd level by the food court, there's 2 urinals in the men's, and the wife said there was a long queue for the ladies, because there was only 3 cubicles, and 1 was out of order. Then on the ground floor there's 2 unisex cubicles by the entrance and 1 unisex cubicle by JC penny. That's it, for the entire mall! And they are all always occupied.
Feedback:
Cool mall, I guess. I enjoy walking around the layout is awesome. I enjoy shopping for things to gift my beautiful wife. Good store options with deals and for budgets of all types from Norstrom to the store where everything is like 10 bucks or five for anything. Then the dinning options are ok too. Target at the mall is a treat. Plenty of parking.
Feedback:
Not a lot of stores to select from nor restuarants. It has been awhile since I visited this mall. Came to Sear's which was a ghost town with signs saying sale everywhere inside. Prices were high for items left for trash. Everything changing to online meaning you can not see what you are buying! Shoppers beware shop if possible where you can see before buying. We American are being forced to buy online with restricted return time etc. Most items look one way but many look like items that we are being forced to buy from China that are not what we see in pictures to be!
Feedback:
The Westfield North County Mall in Escondido is a decent place to do some shopping and dining. It's located right off the 15, so it's easy to get to. For a nice sit down dining experience, you can choose from, but not limited to Black Angus, The Cheesecake Factory, Red Robin, On The Border, and BJ's. Another nice option is the Japanese restaurant Sarku in the food court. The mall itself is anchored by Target, Macy's, Nordstrom, JCPENNEY, and Sears. Sears and JCPENNEY are at opposite ends, and those are probably the easiest places for parking. The Food Court is located right in the middle of the Mall, on the backside.
Feedback:
It's the mall in Escondido. It has the stores. You need a few things from a couple stores? Go to the mall! Everyone likes the mall. There's a Target and a food court. It's a mall. The only reason why it did not earn five stars, is because you'll notice that there are some unoccupied spaces where stores could be, and sometimes I feel like I'm missing out on options... even if it is another Wetzel's Pretzels.
Feedback:
For a mall in Carlsbad it's disappointing. There aren't too many high-class stores in there it seems like this mall is going through a transition. There used to be a Pat and Oscar's there which was a good reasonably priced restaurant. Now you have restaurants scattered which has your run-of-the-mill fast food. There is nothing impressive about the small I go there to get what I need from JCPenney or Macys. In my mind malls are overrated and the only reason to go there is on a rainy day when you want to stay out of the cold and need something to do. The prices are high in the boutique stores and the only good stores in there in my mind are JCPenney and Macy's. You can find some good deals if you use the coupons from both places you can get emails from JCPenney which always have coupons and Macys has coupons in the mail and in the newspaper or if you have a credit card. The quality and the selection of both stores are terrific. But you don't have to go to the home all to go to those stores you can drive up to the entrance closest to the department that you're going to and go in and out without having to traipse through the whole Mall to find what you need. Good luck Westfield may you revive this mall make it worthy of Carlsbad
Feedback:
This is a largest mall built and Escondido when it was first built everybody wondered if it would survive because they didn't know where all the people would be to support it but look at it it's still around over 20 years and it's thriving I was so excited to see you how many stores that were still there well there's a few of them struggling Sears but the majority of those stores seem to be doing all right not much has changed since the last time I was there it's just such a beautiful Mall architectural and the design and the location you just can't beat everybody responsible for maintaining it up keeping it thank you you guys are doing such a fantastic job I can't wait until I go back again
Feedback:
One stop shopping, parking even when busy is still available, and not bad of a walk, if you are one who dreads having a hike. Here you have a number of the the big box players, Macy's, Nordstrom, JC Penney, as well as Target followed by a good number of focus stores from Apple to Abercrombie to H&M to Hickory Farms, the list goes on and on. If you need a snack or a bite to eat the food court as well as store frontage like Cinnabon and Red Robin.. yumm are here too not to mention the restaurants surrounding the perimeter like BJ's, Black Angus, Cheesecake Factory, Romano's, etc... Give the a run by the next time you have a few items you need, you will be happy you went.
Feedback:
This mall is one of the best malls in Southern California. The parking is wonderful, the store selection is vast, and you can even get groceries at Target. I live right across the street and that is the only place I shop for groceries for the most part. They also have a wonderful food court that has been updated with great seating and a nice selection of foods for every person to enjoy, even vegans!
