I have been to Northeast alternatives more than a dozen times now and I have never had a bad experience. In particular, bud-tender Jeff P. Has been extremely helpful and quite knowledgeable in his position. It is staff such as Jeff P. That set northeast alternatives apart from other recreational cannabis shops. On site parking, dutiful staff, and a clear menu make this a must stop shop. Regardless of if there is a line or not, the outside staff keeps things moving smoothly and it never ends up being a very long wait. Many in-house varieties to try and well stocked. I highly recommend Northeast alternatives and thank you to Jeff P. And all the staff that keeps things running so efficiently.

Great selection of products at reasonable prices. Best of all is the personalized service. Chad helped us with choosing edibles. He was awesome! Chad was very knowledgeable about each product and directed us accordingly. He was polite, kind and efficient. We were in and out in about 15 minutes despite a line at the door. The whole operation is extremely well organized, including the parking lot. No problem parking even though the place was rather busy

Pleasant , calm, friendly atmosphere. Quick and convenient. I was helped by an employee named 'Josh Pin Guy' and he was extremely helpful. He was incredibly patient and kind as I explained to him what I was looking for. He made some great recomendations and he turned out to be correct. I am very satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Josh "The Pin Guy" was outstanding! Very personable, knowledgeable, upbeat, and helpful. I of course had to choose things that he had to run out back for each time, and he just smiled and said "You're helping me get my steps in!".Great guy, great atmosphere, just another one of the many standout Bud-tenders that make me keep driving the long distance to this dispensary above all others.Thanks again Josh!

Great place with a stable system. Bud tenders are kind and knowledgeable, potency is pretty good for a recreational dispensary. (As of Dec/13/2019, the most potent flower I've had from here is 29% THC, Wedding Cake)

Recently stopped by to check out a new dispensary and I was greeted by Lexa! Her smiley personality and knowledge about the products made me feel super comfortable. She helped me pick the perfect stuff to help with my pain & anxiety! I left feeling great & like I got the best deal out there. I will definitely be back!

Best dispensary in MA! Honestly compares to the one in Wareham, Northeast Alternative takes the cake! From the friendly guys outside helping you park to the amazing, welcoming staff behind the counters. Everyone is pleasant, polite and eager to help in anyway! Makes for a great experience. I will never go anywhere else for my flower!

Carlos is AWESOME. He went above and beyond today. It was my first time visiting Northeast Alternatives and he definitely made me feel comfortable. He is also incredibly knowledgeable, which was even more helpful!

Rachel was super helpful during my most recent visit. This place is great. Solid service, friendly staff, and I can usually find some of my favorite strains here. 10/10 would recommend. Keep it up!
