UPDATE: Thankyou for your response. I tried to give one more chance and my points are still not there. Again, the coupon in leafy is "a misprint" ($40 for 2 grams live resin) I am confused on why this company does not honor ANYTHING. So sad! They have a pretend "loyalty program" they never remind you of it because the truth is they don't actually give you anything! Ever! I had 373 points in email to confirm! I went in to redeem. they asked me to pull up the email, when I did so they said, "oh it seems someone has already redeemed them. You have 75 now." Why have me pull up the email and waste everyone's time? He could not tell me when or for what my points were "used for" The EXACT same thing happened to my neighbor too. Tried to redeem their points and bam "oh it seems they have been used" What is the point of lying about a loyalty program? Maybe the employees are using them for the free items? I gave them another chance. I had received an text message for their special. I went in and surprise, surprise like every single, time they just sold their last one.Over priced and weak cannabis. They can say its tested at the numbers they claim but if you compare their stuff to others N.L. stuff is not strong. Highly recommend not going here. I've been here many many times and I am just done.
