Usually don't give low reviews.... Customer service has been horrible the last four times I've been. I saw them turn someone down without a mask, while someone was purchasing without there mask on... Consistency, and customer service is what they need right now. I'm not opposed to changing the rating and I'll check in here randomly from here on out.

Really love this store. Moved to Lakewood and we still drive over here because the staff is great and the selection is normally pretty good. They recognize me and are friendly to me. I'm medical and always get an ounce of the same thing every two weeks and they always have it for me. We ask for suggestions "dealers choice" to try new strains...and haven't been disappointed. would recommend this place to everyone!

Normally i haven’t shopped with NRC , however , now being a faithful regular I just wanted to add how the budtender , “JJ “went above and beyond for me last week and was so sweet and kind to me, and I think even went a bit into his own pocket to make the previous experience I had right, that’s costumer service that can’t be matched. I just started, recently becoming a regular at NRC due to the fact that you sell two heads distillate and for a great price! ( especially during happy hour🤗😉)I will however now be a loyal regular and that’s bc of JJ and how he absolutely went out of his way to make my experience there 💯. I love them all now and right down to their door guys - they are the nicest people .

UPDATE 12/13/19 Do not work with budtender Michael as he doesn't seem to be very good at listening or comprehending. Discussing discounts was downright painful and after multiple discussions between this budtender, my friend and I, we were informed that the ounce we wanted and previously discussed was not discounted. Multiple discussions, explaining we wanted to purchase something and use the discount to gain a lower price. After discussing multiple times he then rings us up.... WITHOUT THE DISCOUNT. we then need to refund and do it again. Tedious and time wasting. Things need to be made clear on their discount pages. Every Friday clearly says 30Ùª off one item, but you only find out that it dosent work on certain brands, certain containers, etc. Make sure to discuss your discount/price IN FULL before handing over your money. While this isnt the biggest deal, this is not the same service level you can get from other marijuana shops in the area.Really friendly knowledgable staff. Great product, decent pieces for sale though I would have liked to see more price points, this shop is a pretty good one especially for the area. If you are looking for a less seedy pot shop experience, give them a try! Really nice, friendly establishment.

This is absolutely my favorite place to come to when visiting Tacoma Washington. Their menu is so affordable and the selection is awesome. The staff are all very nice and helpful and very educated on their Products. Donovan and Zach are also a big help and full of smiles when they greet me at the door make sure you check them out when looking for all your needs when it comes to recreational or medical. Keep up the great work everyone.

I have a couple of friends who used to work for this company, and being one of those people who always asks about the work environments of my friends and their co-workers employees before I give the store restaurant, etc, any of my business. Suffice it to say NRC will never get my business no matter how good their products may be. They've told me that this is a HORRIBLE place to work! The employees are very poorly paid and are treated as if they were nothing. Benefits? 🤣🤣🤣!The people I've spoken with tell me that they are treated as criminals, not to be trusted. You know, I have no qualms about a person flaunting their wealth if that's what trips their trigger. But I do have a problem with someone doing it around your employees, whom they pay and treat so poorly. It's like rubbing their noses in a fresh steaming hot pile of "Dog Shit". Like, I am all of this, and you are nothing. If you have a problem with this arrangement find yourself somewhere else to work. You are easy to replace. We don't need you!

I have been to dispensaries from Colorado California Oregon and here in Washington I got the worst service ever imaginable from these people I couldn't believe it. I don't know what it was about me that these people that they felt like giving me such rude service they didn't greet me they wanted to treat me like dirt. Gesturing to me like a dog to come to the counter. Maybe it's because I'm a hipster and this place is totally gangster we just didn't mix. Just to let you know this hipster will tell you real quick where you can stick it.
