This dispensary has 1 way of doing things. Very operational like you are in jail lol. Your order has to be done online and completed before showing up. Its expensive but very professional product. Since I know how they work but my experience has been very easy going. Their product is highly over priced and packaged like gold but we all know its just weed. I kinda dont wanna throw away the canisters. They need a medical side and rec side. Usually medical knows what they want and rec just want a neat experience. Overall since I know how they operate.. I really like and definitely recommend NuMed to anyone looking for great products. Everyone coming in just needs to know they aren't trying to provide you with a neat touring kind of experience. Its very systematic and your oder needs to be done online prior to showing up. and then you find out what you can really have lol. The other dispensary down the road is awful. So Id say learn the expectations and enjoy some nice product.

Typically good until they pull stuff off your medical order and don’t tell you until you arrive...Edit- 2 star to 1 star. Not only wont they inform you before pulling from your medical order, they might short you too! Bought 2 items, came home to only find one in my bag. I heard IDFPR isn’t too fond of that...

There are two young chaps Brendan and Mario ,I believe that's his name, they are superb bud tenders/aficionados. Even letting me know when certain products are in, because health issues prevent me from being gregarious with all the Cannabis products. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. What's perturbing are the high prices 20 dollars more for an eighth than other states. Please, lower your prices this is medicine. Life and death, have a heart 💓 before the shine runs out and people move on to better deals and prices.

Great place with great employee's. Love the curb side they offer, it's great for us who can't wear a mask, and makes it great for the disabled and ederly as well. The online ordering is a great thing and makes things alot easier. Love the product they offer especially since it isn't basically CRESCO product. Can't wait to see what the nuEra product is all about. Keep doing great things guys. See ya soon!!

No flower but they seem to have vapes to no end. Doesn't make much sense to me unless these are products that weren't selling as much elsewhere. Super Disappointing. Why so many vapes and no actual marijuana flower. Seems like there would have to be flower to make vape juice. Some of the vapes make you teeth feel sticky and they go rather quickly in comparison to flower. Also they are charging way too much for everything but especially cbd. Plainjane.com has it way cheaper. The times that I have been there I have seen people walk out looking very displeased. If you look online, the Chicago location seems to have flower for rec use way more often for some reason. The service is good and the people are nice which is why I gave them the extra star (2). Much of this scarcity of flower may be more the fault of how the state is rolling this out, rather than that of numed. Its supposed to be a slow roll out a but I mean come on, they say that the supply has to be in balance with demand in order to create a healthy market, which I agree. but what did they think?... That there wouldn't be much demand for actual THC weed flower??? One might think that you could simply look at past criminal justice statistics in order to see the demand has been here. Its not like our local dispensaries are just running out every once in a while either. Other than on 4/20 they never have any THC flower for rec use. Seems like, for one reason or another, that the state is creating a false scarcity of something that should be abundant but it could just be a legit underestimation. I did hear however that on may 1st illinois is supposed to issue more licenses to cultivators and that soon after the existing cultivators are looking to expand their operations. Anyways I am still very unsatisfied. Wish it were legal to grow my own but someone has to be making money right? I hope to be able to change this post in the future but only time will tell if this market will become more reasonably priced and if they will quit pushing vape and other marijuana derived products more than the actual unprocessed pure flower of the plant itself. Fingers crossed!

Expensive, like all legal weed is, but friendly and simple. No phones rule is a little strange, but it really encourages you to mingle with the other customers as you wait to be served or to have your order fulfilled. Staff are not super engaged with you, but I can only imagine how much much stress under with the massive increase in workload.If you are an experienced customer or are willing to do a little homework before you go, you'd find this a near perfect experience.

Called in the place to see if they had recreational available, no one answered the phone. Checked the website and it said they were open for rec sales. Got to the location and was turned away due to being no rec sales. This place needs to get it together. Waste of my time.Edit: Yes, I went to the right place. I know I went to the right place because I googled you to get your phone number, website and directions. The same site I used to write this review. You guys just didn't answer your phone and had misleading information on your website.

Considering how crazy everything is in these early days of recreational sales, I gotta hand it to their management for keeping it all together and staying organized. Each time I have gone, I have never felt rushed and the staff are professional and take time to explain things and answer questions. Doing things right NuMed! Keep up the good service!

Sorta so‐so, seems kinda unorganized and not very prepared for the influz of customers. Seemed very thrown together at the last minute. I gotta say i dont like the cash only thing, In addition to which, if i were an Illinois tax payer I'd wonder how much of that actually is reported since it's all cash.... but it worked. Really limited supply, but again a big new customer influx has got to be hard to deal with. Just think there are much better ones out there. 2 ½ stars isn't an option, but id say that's more accurate.

I'm a medical patient and just switched my dispensary this morning to NuMed Urbana and visited them for the first time this afternoon - I'm so happy I did! Amazingly kind and helpful customer service, they made me feel so welcomed and right at home! I didn't have to wait even for a minute, they got me in so fast. Great products and a really nice facility with plenty of parking! Thank you so much NuMed, I appreciate you guys!
