I've been with them for years and I feel like they're a really good bank but could be better.. This would be 5 stars if they had the option to make deposits after hours. There isn't a single location near tacoma that I can deposit cash without going inside. This is super inconvenient having kids to drag in and only having one car. The only time I really get a chance to go in is the weekends or after they're already closed. Please give this option to your customers!On top of this, they hold direct deposits for days.. I've switched to using my husband's usaa account for the most part because of this

I walk in there and no one greets me. I wait in line for a few miniutes before I am even acknowledged. The manager is unhelpful and each time someone has an issue they have to ask another teller which interupts another person who also was not greeted when they walked in.Also, their debit cards never work. Me and some of my friends have banked here in the past and their debit cards malfunction. The pin doesn't work sometimes and then they have to print a new one. They should work in the first place. Also will not release my money to me unless I bring in documentation and even then if it's a large amount the tellers question me and the manager has to come out and say if it's okay for me to do what I want with my money. I am unsatisfied with their customer service, their treatment of their memebers, and the mistreatment of their employees whom I've had several friends work for this company and let me tell you there's no room for mistakes. Unfair, unhelpful, and are just looking out for themselves instead of their members and their (now former) employees. Would not recommend banking with them.

This is the best Credit Union EVER. They have the nicest representatives anywhere. Very personable and helpful and just down right pleasant. THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything you do.

Over 20 years I have been a member - I have never had bad service and any issues towards my accounts were always taken seriously and delt with promptly in a professional manner, thank you OBee Credit Union

Avoid this bank if you want to have access to your funds, between holds and turtle paced direct deposits youll be in the poor house before you get your paypheck

If you want rude service and to deal with racism then this is the credit union for you! I called the Branch Manager and she said she understands if I leave the bank and go elsewhere she also claimed she is Asian so she is a woman of color??? So being racist towards your customers is excepted.

Went here today to buy a CD. They wouldn't accept my ID on my drivers license or my check book. Told me I had to go get some utility bills or they wouldn't sell me a CD. They were very rude.
