They way delivery is handled is terrible I placed an order around 5pm expecting it to be delivered later that night I had called around 10pm and they said to choose a time that fits my schedule for delivery so I chose 10 the next morning. 10 comes around with no updates so I had called to check on my order and I was told it wasn’t even picked up from the dispensary mind you the website says my order is on the way. There’s no possible way to gauge their delivery service it takes at least a day of mindless waiting and even after a full day of waiting I wouldn’t get my hopes up for any kind of update. The representatives are no help at all either I get the answer of just wait another couple hours or so but they don’t realize people have lives and can’t just sit around all day this why a delivery time was set up in hopes of preventing this but I guess not
