How On earth is People's OC 3.9 stars! It's worthy of 5 stars hands down!!!!People complaining about prices, I've been in and out of almost all nearby dispensaries, and far-by as well! Fair to say that I've encountered on numerous occasions that People's OC carries certain products at cheaper prices than other legal dispensaries competing in the LEGAL MARKET OF CA, and not just that! Compared to other experiences People's OC never fails to maintain high quality service, high potency flowers, up to date freshness, and store cleanliness like no other. The most professional staff, from the amazing guards that are flooded everywhere so you never have to worry about a problem occurring, to the wonderful people downstairs that always greet you with a smile, and help with the intention of getting you the right product not the one on the quota sheet that needs to be inventoried out like others do! Needless to say I come here for peace of mind accompanied with a wonderful purchasing experience. Did I mention other stores also charge higher taxation than People's OC! From the in-store experience to the delivery one too, everything is five star worthy in my humble opinion! Give the store a stop by, and you will encounter every comment I mentioned in my review! #People'sOC-5Star

This place is absolutely terrible they must have a lot of overhead because they have a very very nice facility but they overcharge more than any other place I’ve ever been to. First, you view the menu on a screen so you think you’re getting good sized blunts for $30 but really you’re getting teeny little small joints FOR $30! Secondly, one gram is like $25 to get good strands. It’s crazy! I was shocked and sadly let down. Yes, the facility is beautiful but I will never go back there.

Just another basic over the top EXPENSIVE! recreational cannabis store. Really a let down. Do the products really need to be sold this expensive can we save money if you hadn't spent millions of dollars on location and what the place looks like? I did not receive amazing service and I did not meet one person trying to find something that works for me🙁. Alot of people talk super highly of this store and don't get me wrong it's nice really nice but i go to marijuana for benifits and change in lifestyle. I look for benifits to a number of ailments and need to be able to believe in the products and people providing the products. Well I hope we can get back to marijuana by the people and for the people. Don't forget about the little guys

Well first I got to say all the people that complain about waiting we wait for everything in our life from the time we’re born till the time we die learn to live with that and you won’t be so anxious and angry! I would also like to say I worked there for a short time as an armed security officer during that time I met some of the most nicest people I’ve ever met the bud tenders are very considerate kind and big hearted people that I’ve ever met for being so young Tyler you rock Steve well Steve always understood and although there are several Other people I wanna give a shout out to they know who they are as for the guards they’re all a bunch of pretty nice guys we all have our bad days we all have our good days one thing we have to do is understand each other because once we start trying to do that we can really love each other God bless you have fun everybody and be safe I.

UPDATE GO TO MED MEN DOWN THE STREET YOU WONT REGRET IT ....Wish they had actual bud tenders instead of things that just look human and stand there. Asked what are some top sativas? Ugh this one, me-ok what about this one? Her-It's the same as this one. Any deals? Never offered us to see the flower we had to ask. No info on anything. Felt very cold. Not comfortable. I've been in other similar clinics and I mean the bud tenders are always trying to help out a patient. Bummer the vendors downstairs were way better than the 2 girls who continued to have a conversation even with 2 new patients checking in in front of them. You guys should offer your vendors the job. Basically picked up 1/4 of my prescription just to be nice and try it out. Nice building though. Get better bed tenders, one who care👌

Very rude and whatever you go they give you something as a courtesy for your first time buying...they don't give you nothing and you feel like you were in a jail environment...I hated!!!Is not nice security walking around and looking at us like we were criminals...

As soon as I walked in everyone on the staff was super friendly, even the security at the front. They offer Free water when you check in and they're super nice all around. The only issue I had was after my purchase outside in the parking lot I was smoking a cigarettes by my car and the guard outside told me I had to get off the while I was smoking because they think it was weed weed

Unfriendly tenant gave me the wrong product. After you order they hand it to you in a closed bag. Make sure you open and check before leaving the counter. The dumb person had lots of tattoos and was unfriendly and seemed irritated if i asked a question. I believe he purposely gave me the wrong product because they were out of the other strains i asked for and was close to closing. Im very dissatisfied with the rude service and them ripping me off. Then they wouldnt answer the phone when i called

Coming in for my first time ended up being my last time. I clearly told the assistant at the counter that this was my first time there. I knew EXACTLY what I wanted ahead of time. After a wait of 30 minutes in line waiting for the people who came in not knowing what they wanted, I was greeted again at the service counter. I explained what I wanted and was showed a menu of everything I wanted with the THC % advertised next to each product. I always make my decision based on THC % so this time was no different. My items were bagged and paid for. After payment I was told about their 10% discount for TODAY. Why tell me AFTER my purchase? I would have saved $71 so you can do the math and know my total. I figured I had learned my lesson for next time. Nope, wrong again. My items were bagged and sealed without me seeing the actual product. It turns out everything I had bought was not as advertised. What I have now is at least 10% lower THC then was advertised. How can a business sell something that is falsely advertised? I sure felt taken advantage of today. I work very hard for my money and to me, every dollar counts. Your products are already overly expensive. There are MANY other places to ship around this area. You have lost my business for good.

The store experience is great, no complaints there. Delivery experience isn't very good.Last night I scheduled a delivery, from 5-6pm through the website. The options were available in 1hour time blocks. 6:15pm and it wasn't here yet, and I had to leave at 6:30 for a concert. The gal who I contacted via phone said it wouldn't be here til closer til 7, so I had to cancel my order. The gal on the phone said it's a 2hr window, however on the website its by 1hr blocks. I replaced my order today, with a delivery time of 5-6pm. 4:50pm and the guy is at my house (and I'm obviously not home yet as I don't get home til 5, hence scheduling the delivery window starting then). My concerns are 1) can't see to deliver in the window selected online 2) phone person told me it's a 2hr delivery window, when online it's a one hour window that you can choose from.
