This place is fine if you don't need assistance or help. Called to make an apt for two concerns was told sorry you can only be seen for one but just mention the other concern while you are at the appointment. Then I was asked what should I be seen for. My reply was I'm out of my medication so I have to be seen for that and since my galbladder is having issues and it's in my family's history I need to be seen for that as well. Was told could only be seen for one or the other. and to just mention it to the doctor when you are here. Well that explains why the last time they were two hours late for my scheduled appointment. It's so sad that this is the way the medical industry is being run. I'm am getting a new doctor and they won't receive any more money from me. And hopefully I'll be able to see a doctor before I have to go to urgent care.

Best I mean best clinic ! Best doctors and medical assistant too! Best patient services! Doctors here actually lisent and take the time to hear you out ! Referals are easy to get not like other clinics! Since I move my dad here he has been in better health🙂 I even got my mom and brother to switch clinic and they agree is best clinic bc right away they got refer to specialist that they been waiting for ever on other clinic.

Yea , don't go here. They will rack your bill up anyway they can and charge your insurance. They are horrible explaining anything , the doctor wasn't even mentally present. Your co-pay is the same wherever you go. Go somewhere nice.

I waited several months to be referred and seen by a specialist (psychiatrist). Having moved recently, I had been referred by my insurance to NCHS, Dr. Cai. Her complete disregard for my long and documented history of hospitalizations has demonstrated significant negligence, as well as maintaining a very unprofessional bedside manner. If you are in need of a doctor, and have the option of choosing elsewhere, please do value your time and health, and avoid Dr. Cai. I will be following up this review by reporting the negligence

Dr. Denise Gomez is a dedicated primary care physician. She is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, considerate and caring. I have an irregular heart beat condition and Dr. Gomez has discussedmy continued medical condition and beneficial recommendations.The appointments were prompt and the staff are caring. Highlyrecommended.

Danger, Peligro, Beware, Discrimination,This is a warning for medicinal marijuana patients. NCHS has outdated policies on how they treat medicinal marijuana patients. They will classify you as a street drug user, even if you have a doctors recommendation. Doctors will not prescribe,even take away certain medications that can help you. Because of these outdated policies people are suffering. I personally talked to the human resources dept. about this. I was told if I did not agree with there policies to go seek help elsewhere. Due to my financial situation I am unable to do so. In conclusion. BEWARE of disclosing your medicinal marijuana usage when seeking help. You will be discriminated against,denied certain medications and treated as a street drug user.Hopefully in the near future NCHS will update these policies on how medicinal marijuana patients are treated.

The front desk staff is always so sweet, some even know me by name; that's a nice feeling. Dr. Andrews(chiro) is AMAZING and Dr. Meredith(primary care) who I normally see is FANTASTIC. This last time I went in she was unavaliable and I saw Dr Safi... she did not make me feel cared for at all. I felt blown off and like I was wasting her time. She was very condescending and I cried after seeing her because I was in real pain and she didn't care. Other than Dr. Safi, I've always had nothing but great experiences.

The staff I’ve dealt with has always been nice. But it’s impossible to call and get a hold of your doctor. Multiple occasions I’ve tried to call about a question or call to return a call, and I get directed to a wrong voicemail. Or I leave a voicemail and no one returns my calls. Currrently trying to deal with a question and it’s been three weeks and I still don’t have the issue solved. This is the reason I switched doctors office. For your sanity.... find a different office.

My practioner is awsome in my first 2 visits my practioner had me diagnosed with type 2 diabetes And had started me on new med for diabetes . This is compared to 10 yrs at vista clinic on pier view oside the dr therer never even checked anything to see if i had diabetes. There staff at vista was horrible now the staff working for NCHS CROCH ST OSIDE are the best all ways friendly. And helpful and have smile for u
