I must say that this has been the best car buying experience since my entire life. Maridlina Olman was outstanding in every aspect. Ms. Olman even made certain I was placed not only in a car of choice but she was even concerned about the loaner vehicle I was being placed in when the vehicle was being repaired. She was so meticulous to even noticing how broken/hurt I was even after purchasing my dream vehicle. She is truly a head lifter and a game changer. I cannot thank her enough ❤️😇🙏🏽.The repair service was exceptional that Justin provided. He was very detailed in telling me what he was going to do with the vehicle and when it would be done.

I came in there to get a quote on my vehicle. I didn't need a to buy a vehicle only wanted to sell my car. Well, the experience was hassle free. In the past when I had dealings with car shopping, I was treated like the "little lady". I did not get that treatment here. The quote I got for my 2007, Honda CRV was fair. Before going in, I checked on Kelly Blue Book to get an idea of what I could get. So, when I was offered the quote, I immediately said yes. I would of gave them 5 stars; unfortunately, there was a lot of waiting around outside in the heat. The entire process took about 3 hrs standing in the heat and sitting in my car in the heat. I hate the heat. I would of waited inside, since the social distance thing due to Covid-19, made it impossible due only having 3 chairs in the waiting room and they were occupied. So, it's not a quick thing. I would recommend checking them out if you need to sell your vehicle.

Very easy uncomplicated process. My sales associate Marcdallin( sorry if i spelled it wrong)was professional and straight to the point like i like. Only down side is the processing of paperwork is a bit antiquated. But thats coming from a tech lover. Reduce costs by implementing paperless processing of contracts. Look at the innovation of Hyundai. Overall great experience.

Unclear timelines on how long it takes to sell a car. Over 2 hours from getting the offer and still waiting. I recommend planning to be here the entire day to avoid being anything but pleasantly surprised. They also aren't enforcing the mask policy and have not provided anywhere for people to relax comfortably while they are waiting. The interior is cramped and there is no shade in the parking lot.

I bought a car here about a month ago they sold me a car with bad brakes and rotors all in all I do like the car however I am having to bring it back in for the second time because the brakes still don't seem right and the aliment is still off no wiper fluid either I don't know who or what kind of inspection they do but it could be better

This carmax allowed a woman to buy a car with fraudulent info, consisting of my first name and ss#. I have been trying to get them to report this car stolen for 6 months. They have not called me back after about 50 phone calls. I personally went to Costa Mesa and called the police. Carmax acknowledged that they allowed the sale of a car in my name and social, but continues to refuse to report the car stolen, which has caused me a ton of problems. This dealer told me I was the 12th theft of the year. They are extremely negligent and corrupt. I'm still waiting on you carmax!

Rick is AMAZING. I showed up to Buena park on accident but had a flat so they repaired it, showed up here got the diagnosis and later in the day was given a loaner because the same tire was flat And they wanted to make sure I could taillight around until they fix everything. With this pandemic going on they could have looked the other way and charged me for every little thing but they did NOT. I can not Express the joy I have from their kindness/amazing customer service.

I was working with frank Perez and he was very helpful. I’ll be honest I was a complete pain in the A** to work with you but he did everything to make sure I was satisfied and even shipped two vehicles to the store for me and ran over 5 different options sk I can get the best rate with the lowest down payment. Not only Frank was good, the entire staff their was very friendly and made sure I was getting taken care of. I have already recommended this csr max to a couple friends and co workers and I strongly suggest shopping here!

First car buying experience at CarMax would be described as easy, fast, and friendly. I walked in there knowing what I wanted and shout out to Winston for being super friendly and punctual from beginning to end. Winston was ready for me for my test drive appointment and helped me every way through to make sure my car buying experience was fast and easy. The process from arriving here and leaving the lot in my new vehicle only took three and a half hours (despite some minor paperwork hiccups caused by my end). Would recommend to my friends and anyone else to shop at CarMax for their next vehicle.
