Nice shop. The pricing is good and good deals. . There's cheaper and more expensive shops. I am happy with my fist few purchases. Would get a 5 star if parking was a bit better with signage. Kinda comes up quickly for people new to the area and parking is confusing. Also if prices were a bit more on point. But the main reason it's not a 5 is cause last time I was in, I was inquiring about a new method of ingestion and she was super helpful. But when I mentioned that I wasn't going to buy today she told me she had a delivery. I was happy to hear they delivered... Bonus! Then a a minute or two later I was leaving, I was in the lobby looking and she came back out and started helping people when I was out of sight. That is a real bummer but I think clerks get commission so I understand. It's one of those things everyone has to manage. That's why it's not a 5 star and also could have gone much lower if I were hot headed.

Another dispensary recommended I check this place out. I was a bit neglected when I went. I wanted to check out concentrates, and the budtender wouldn’t let me smell anything. They pushed this bobled extract that looked okay, but I was looking for something higher end. I wish I could have smelled the product. The shop looked great but service wasn’t spectacular.

My first time in this store and what a wonderful experience! Time to make this place my home store! Extremely wonderful staff, perfect variety for my indica’s needs, my glassware needs, and most of all Sean, Brad, Kelllis, and Josh made me feel completely at ease with my PTSD issue. Sean greeted me as soon as I came in and from the minute I met him-all the way to the end of my experience , I was spoken to with respect and received a smile from all four of their faces. I will absolutely be returning to this store and if I could give them a 10 out of 10 I would! I have but 1 suggestion-or maybe rather a PLEA!! PLEASE consider offering CURIOUS JORGE in flower vs pre-roll only. Thank you gentlemen, Peace, Sheryl

Was in about three months ago and was second in line. I waited for about ten minutes as the workers were busy doing things. A few groups walked in and started looking in the displays. When the workers asked who was next they immediately jumped at the opportunity to "cut" even though I had been waiting and the workers knew it. A little common courtesy goes a long way. Also, the worker I was helped by just asked "what do you want?" instead of something like "Hey man, how's it going tonight? What can I get going for you?" Just seemed like it was ran by a few people who need more training. Or at least the workers needed more training. I'll give this place one more try. If I have another issue, then I will take my business elsewhere. As far as the location and the premises go, the experience was nice, the displays and counters were clean.

Best shop in the Eugene Springfield area. It's like a smokers dream of walking into a candy store filled with nugs and your best friends. And that's exactly how it felt! The tenders were on point with their knowledge and made me feel not like a patient but a friend. Very professional but friendly at the same time. The shop looked great! clean and happy vibe. My biggest thing was the product selection. I'm a top shelf guy but I always like to look at the selection and honestly wouldn't turn down any of the flower they had. Ended up walking away with some fire platinum gs cookies. I will most definitely be back my friends.

Everyone who works there is really nice but I went in and asked for a gram of hash and my fiancé asked for a gram of hash. We specially said we were not interest in half grams, only grams. Never got to read the packages. They just showed them to us. We asked if they were grams and were told yes. We paid what we pay for grams at our home shop. One thing of Om extracts and spent $37.50 and one thing of lunchbox sugar shatter which was $25 and was supposed to be a sale price. We didn't really think anything of it because we were told they were grams and that's we pay for grams of the same brand extracts at Amazon Organics. The guy who helped us was really nice so we thought it was fine but got home and couldn't help but feel completely ripped off when we opened them and knew they were not grams by looking at them. Then we see on the package it said half gram on both of them.
