Love this office staff and Dr. Pledger is the absolute best! On a Saturday night I realized that a metal plate and screws in my lower jawbone had started coming through my gums. I had been in pain for a couple days and I was going to schedule a dentist appointment (thinking it was my teeth). I called Oral Surgery Associates of Temecula Valley Monday, and they got me in immediately. Dr. Pledger had to drill and remove the plate, drill through a screw, etc. Because my jawbone had grown over some of the plate, it required an extensive procedure. Dr. Pledger explained what he was doing and why every step of the way. Had zero pain during the process, and though there were multiple stitches, very minimal pain after the anesthetic wore off. The entire office staff was friendly, professional and did their absolute best to accommodate me A.S.A.P. Super welcoming, caring and kind. Dr. Pledger called me that evening to see how I was doing and if I was in pain, etc. Wow. First time a surgeon has ever personally called me to see how I was after a procedure. Highly recommend Dr. Pledger and his staff. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!
