I had a tooth with an existing crown and root canal break below my gum line. My dentist (Dr L. Fletcher), identified the issue, and sent me to Dr. Pledger's office. From the moment I arrived (the same week) the entire staff was helpful, and very informative. They reviewed the whole implant process with me, along with the risks. Then can the review of the cost, I was bracing for this, but I was relieved when the cost for the implant was about 40% lower than I had figured in my head. Dr. Pledger was very personable, confident, and informative. The procedure to install the implant was smooth, it was a little tough to get the existing root out, but that was to be expected. The installation went smooth from there. Once the implant was installed, I waited my 4 months for it to heal, with no real issues. I would recommend Dr. Pledger to anybody, my experience was 100% positive from the time I made the appointment to the final review of the implant.
