About a few weeks ago l took my daughter car to get fix and the workk is not up to par from what i was told. The staff was great up until l took it back bcuz the radio didn't want to come back on. It took them 3 days so far and the radio is still not working. And l was puched off until Monday which wasnt cool at all but l guess thats how they push there customers to the side. I'll NEVER USE THIS SHOP AGAIN

It was a good experience... They had my car to do work on my rear left quarter panel. Cons: It took them 23 days to complete the work. The detailer broke my auto hook on the back of my passenger seat for grocery bags. The detailer got armor all on the inside sides of my windshield and tried to wipe it off, it only smeared badly. My items I had in my trunk were thrown back in after the work was completed, all dumped in my trunk. (Thank goodness nothing was liquids) Also, my car wasn't ready for pick up the day I arrived, after being told multiple times it would be. Pros: The guy who helped me was nice. My insurance paid for all the work to be done. The work is guaranteed if I experience cracking or issues. The staff are very friendly and they offer free coffee in the lobby. They even cleaned my headlights, complimentary.

I’ve unfortunately been in three not at fault accidents and have used Signature 2 for each repair needed on my car. The staff is always friendly and personable. Recently, they fixed my window for me, though it wasn’t due an accident. It didn’t take long at all and I was kept in the loop from the consultation to the delivery of the part to the completion of the repair. Each time they’ve helped me, it has been professional and courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Signature 2!

Before I gave this place a 5 star and this is a place I've came religiously and have even referred people to come here because of the work. My fiat was on the verge of being totalled and I was concerned about the repairs because the damage was so extensive , however the car is still great 3-4 years later. I've brought my mother in laws car here and my SUV too. However currently my SUV is in the stop again for a 2nd time due to rodents dying in the heater box (1st time I took it do a different place before I discovered this place) but the customer service was horrible.My husband was concerned about how the rodents got in since it's the 2nd time in the same place, and our concerns were treated as if we are stupid to be concerned about how they were getting in. Don't think I will be making the trip from arrowhead anymore to do repairs anymore.

Most awesome repair shop ever!! They have the most awesome customer service and the cars are always repaired beautifully. They are always like new. The people there have the best customer service I have encountered in a long time. They genuinely care about you and their level of service is above and beyond. I have used their services many times now and will never take my vehicles anywhere else.

The ONLY SHOP we trust with our vehicles. Two generations down and still the only place my family trusts to repair vehicles. If I moved far away I would SHIP my car to their shop to repair it. Shauna, has always handled paper work and handled our concerns in a timely manner. David and all the managers are keen to detail. They kept me updated on repairs and everyone in there is always professional yet personable. And the repairs are phenomenal. Color match is on point or whatever they do it'll be perfect. Thank you Signature 2 and I hope I don't see you anytime soon. :)

I have brought 4 cars to Signature Auto Collision. Every time they have done a GREAT job. I tried Valley Collision by my house because it was right around the corner and I have completely regretted it. I will make the half hour drive to Signature. I was just there and again you have not let me down. Keep up the great work, I will be back again for my project car. Thank you!!!!

Highly recommend Signature 2! We unfortunately hit a deer on a trip to California from Ohio and had extensive damage to the passenger side. They were able to get our vehicle in and repaired in a extremely timely manner so we could get back to our home. They even detailed it and had it looking brand new when they returned it to us!! They were also great with updates during the whole process.

My girlfriend took her car there after a fender bender. Her headlights were smashed, bumper destroyed, radiator mounts bent, etc. Not only did they repair everything so that the outside of the car looked brand new with no sign of a collision, they repaired a few little odds and ends, like the coin holder that wouldn't lock and a dent on the door that had nothing to do with the collision. Also, she was quoted 5 days, but they ended up taking 8 days. Because of this THEY offered to pay for the rental car for the extra 3 days. Not only absolutely outstanding quality work, but outstanding customer service as well.As a result, I will be taking my car there for a claim I am filing as well.
