I placed my order and was given the time frame <90 minutes and the delivery took 2.5 hours, and that was the start. I then received the product and it was different than it was advertised online 81% thc instead of the online listing of 95%. When I called they offered me 15% off next order if I already opened it or to send out the right product, which would take <2 hours to get to me, with no discount. That's up to 4.5 hours later I could actually get the right item? I told them the error in their logic and they then after saying there was nothing they could do, they gave me 15% off next order because they could not compensate me now for everything I've been through. I then requested a refund and they said they could not do that. I am utterly upset with this experience and they can keep the 15% not another dollar of mine will go there. I give no stars if I could!
